Whichever female is working March 17th around 12:30am at the first window (light skinned, medium-long black hair) gave my boyfriend a hard time & I am livid over not only her demeanor when I got my order with my bf and kids in the car, but also the type of service that was given to him for going back to get the food that was missing from our order. She had this voice when I pulled up to pay of just loud and quickly repeating what we had and just no friendly customer interaction or service at all. Then when my payment was processing and im waiting for my card back, she was taking a new order on her headset, rolling her eyes and sighing.
Backstory: My boyfriend & I, along with his 2 children just came from a long day of traveling here to ATX & finishing up a 5 hour concert we attended, being hungry afterwards. We came to this McDonalds for being convenient near our hotel. Our order was 2 - 10 pc nugget meals, 2 double cheeseburgers, a 10 pc nugget, 1 McChicken meal with no mayo (which is the mcchicken with a 4 pc nugget, fries, and a drink- which we got a Orange Hi-C). Everything was fine and we got back to our hotel finally ready to eat and wind down. I look in the bag, pass out the kids food first, and mine was split at the bottom of the 2 bags we had. We got all 3 of our drinks, until I realized and told my bf his meal was missing. All they gave us was the Hi-C, no mcchicken, no fries, no 4 pc nugget. Frustrated and tired, he drives to go get what was missing. The girl at the first window questioned him saying “where’s the food? Did you eat it all? So you don’t have the food with you?” This whole time my bf had already explained 3 times between her arrogant rude questions that we got the rest of the order, that myself and his children are at our hotel eating our meals, it was just his meal that was missing. By this point she hands it off to the manager to handle and he questions the same thing to my bf, they both were telling him “you need to have all the food with you to prove that your order was wrong, a receipt doesn’t prove anything nor is enough to give you the right food.” At this point he explains for the 4th time to the manager slowly that there never was a wrong order, just food missing. Not too long after the manager gave my bf his meal that was missing.
I want to thank the manager that was working this night, 3/16/25-3/17/25 around midnight ish (Sunday going into Monday) for giving my bf his meal and willing to listen as to what really happened. As far as the female who was specifically working at the date I’ve provided, we do not appreciate the service and rude & annoyed body language that was given the whole time to us when we first got all of our food and to my bf going back to receive his missing...
Read moreWent thru the drive thru because the dining room was closed. Drive up there were 2 lanes, both with one car in them. As I was driving up the car in the outer lane went forward and the inner lane still had a young woman placing her order. I could tell as I had my windows rolled down. I drove up ready to just give a name and pick up the order. I waited as requested. Then noticed another vehicle pull up and I could hear the order being taken as I'm still sitting there now impatiently. I spoke up and asked if they were ready because they were taken someone else's order and I had been waiting and no one had responded since they put me on hold, even prior to that vehicle having pulled in. As I was talking to her, another car pulled in and they were still asking me to wait. I explained again, I am here to pick up the order, and the lady responded rudely, "You are in lane 2. If you want faster help, tou should have pulled into lane 1!" I was truly gobsmacked. There are no signs explaining this and why would that be? She truly did not care. The people in 2nd windows were rude. There were 2 bags of food i noted was was to heavy and the bag they were handing me was torn at the handle. Instead of rebagging it, I had to ask for a bag so that a I could double bag it myself. The whole time this was happening, the manager was watching me and I know because I asked. She was also the person on the intercom, because I ASKED! This manager is rude and is lacking in Customer service understanding of the perspective. What she unknowingly told me is that I should worry about my own time. If it is taking too long, cancel the order and go to another restaurant or McDonald's but not that one. Of course let's not forget, if I do, for the love of Christ, don't go in the 2nd lane. The time was @10:30pm and the date 2/3/2025. I really hope a manager, including her reads this. I'm sure...
Read moreUpdate to my last review; it seems like this McDonald’s just loves to hire rude managers. The lady who was managing tonight (03/20) in the red shirt was extremely rude, they messed up my order and made me wait in line to get my fixed burger which by that time my fries were cold. And threw and attitude like a child while doing it. If it wasn’t for me asking multiple times about my burger my old one would’ve just sat on the counter forever. Not sure what the managers problem is here because everybody else who helps me is always nice. Way to make a big deal over a 50 cent mistake y’all made…
Dude at night needs to watch his attitude. I can’t believe they allow him to talk to customers like that. And the woman manager who works the late night/early morning breakfast isn’t great either. They forgot to give us a couple hash browns. No big deal but then this lady goeson got to explain how she knows we got them because the grease on the bag can only come from a hash brown. Then proceeded to say she remembers putting them in there, like she remembers every single thing she does. At least the food is okay but they literally get them 1 star. Crazy this is how they talk to...
