Noble Joe Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Austin

Hands down the best coffee in Austin. I was SO LUCKY that I used to live in that apartment complex and could just walk out my door to grab some Noble Joe in the morning. But when you don’t live right next door, the location is right. There’s a cute mini food truck court (including a brunch spot) with plenty of shaded tables. There’s also a parking deck across from the leasing office with open spaces for business patrons on the bottom 3 levels. Plus, it’s right in front of Lady Bird Lake, so we’ve occasionally gotten a coffee and taken a walk along the trail. Such a great spot.

I’m a bit simple and just get an oat milk latte, so I can really taste the espresso itself. It’s something about their beans themselves that really makes the flavor difference. My husband gets their specialty drinks, and he is obsessed with their toasted vanilla latte, but they also have rotating seasonal drinks that always go viral because they’re just that delicious.

I miss this place so much. Going every once in a while just isn’t enough. Please Noble Joe, come to Mueller! We’ll single-handedly keep you...

Hear me out, the owners and barista are some of the most genuine and kindhearted people I’ve ever met and I’m not exaggerating in the slightest. Not only that, but they donate a portion of their revenue to a different charity every month! How cool is that?!

Not to mention their coffee!! I’m pretty picky when it comes to coffee but Noble Joe does not miss. I’m not even a fan of matcha most of the time but even that is amazing here. My go-to’s are any of their iced lattes… especially their new seasonal flavors 😋
