great tapioca pearls! if you’re looking for good bubbles, this is the place to get it. menu is simple and easy to read, and employees are very nice, understanding, and quick. drinks tend to be on the sweet side, as i got a slush at 25% sugar and felt it was the perfect amount. flavors were strong and enjoyable. only four stars because the location is unfortunate (parking lot is busy and a bit harrowing), and the decor and bathrooms are lacking a bit. definitely a very minimalistic vibe and i doubt it would be comfortable to stay for longer than necessary to get the drinks, just because of how small the shop is. plus, the employees don’t seem to have a dress code — which as a previous boba shop employee, it’s nice to see them comfortable, however — it adds to the visual element lacking in elevation. still, if you’re in the area, looking for a quick stop for some amazing drinks and great customer service, this is the...

Horrible service from management. We ordered 4 bobas, one for our friend. She ordered Thai tea with boba 🧋 they made a mistake and didn’t put the boba in for her. We got to her house and she drank some of it, said there’s no boba in it at all! We called them and told them about it. The girl who answered the phone said to come back and they’ll add boba to her drink. Really unhappy with the huge inconvenience, it was a 35-min round trip, and they couldn’t even let our friend keep the boba they messed up on to compensate for the wasted time and gas due to their company policy. This is not a quality boba tea place. Their scale for sweetness is completely off and tastes artificial. I’ve never been here before and ordered through the phone for pick up. I got the strawberry green tea at 50% sweetness and it turned out to be more like 150% sweetness. Not once during the phone call did they mention that this drink is generally very sweet and if you want 50% sweetness maybe get 25%. I called to say something is wrong with my drink and they were very rude and said sugar conscious individuals get 0% or 25%.
