This place may technically be open at 6am, but they're really not ready for business. You'll sit in the drive thru for 5 or 10 minutes, or even at the window if decide to give up and drive around. No one will answer shout outs at the order screen or at the window - because they are still trying to get open. So, you then decide to drive around and park and go inside. I can't tell you how many cars I've seen give up, pull out of line and drive away. The door is open, but no one will come to the register - because they're still trying to get open. And once inside, you realize why they're not answering calls from the drive through... no one is even wearing a headset yet. And then someone will finally wander over to take your order. But they have to write it on a piece of paper and then walk your hand-written order and money or credit card over to the window register... because you guessed it... the register has not been initialized - because they're still trying to get open. And then they can't make your tacos quite yet. There are no tortillas. Someone is just starting to make them. See a trend here yet. The lights are on. The doors are unlocked. A few employees are milling about - and some are sneaking in a few minutes late. But they're not really ready to service any customers in a timely manner. I get that anyone can have a bad day. But unfortunately, this is business as usual every day at this location. The last four times I've visited here, this has been my experience. It takes 15-20 minutes to get out the door with two tacos. I know folks that won't come here anymore. I'm about there myself. I recognize that the staff has to get here early to open up. Unfortunately, they're not getting here quite early enough for this to be a positive experience for the customer. This morning I finally reached my tolerance limit and explained (politely) to the young lady handing me my order how badly they are dropping the ball. She's not solely to blame. The whole team is very casually coming up to speed. If the manager had any experience managing, he'd recognize that what was going on here was unacceptable and would be righting this ship. But when i visit, once every week or two, nothing changes... they're barely open and will get to you when they get to you. This my friends is how businesses slowly go out of business. The only reason I’ve been giving them one chance after another is due to the lack of competition at 6am. If there was much else open at this hour, this place would not have to worry about not being quite open yet – no one would come. Read moreThe place will end up closing. They close whenever they want during business hours and the customer service is horrible. There is no customer service I went to the drive through and got some flautas. I waited like 10 mins for them. When I got them I checked and they were burnt. I went back and the guy at the window told me to go park and they will bring them out in about 10 mins,I told him I wanted a refund instead because I couldn't wait another 10 mins. I was in a rush, he stated it wouod be faster. An Employee brought the flautas a few mins after. At that point I was in a rush so I didnt check them. It had been 25 mins since I ordered. When I got home I realized the flautas were more burnt than the first ones. I could not eat them. I called taco cabana asking for a refund and the "manager" in a very rude way said "if you want your money back you have to come back" I told him I couldn't drive 30 mins and I shouldn't have to after the incovenience and the fact that I returned the first flautas and they gave me something worse, he said " there is nothing I can do for you" and just hang up. I called right after to get his name and of course no answer. It is not about the money anymore just how rude and disrespectful the employee was. I am the one that spent time and couldn't even eat the dinner and not once he apologized. Of course since I couldn't get a refund through them I contacted my bank and they processed the refund which will end up costing them way more. Someone called from this number And stated that their friend was helping them deliver food. I said, well the food is late, I will come to the store and reorder the food or get a refund. And I stated the food is probably cold by now but the food never showed up.

The first thing I moved is they closed the lobby two hours early. I didn't order it from the store it's the other store, so I drove to the other store. That wasn't the store either When I get back then She says oh yeah, a lady came and picked that up. I said how I didn't use doordash. I didn't authorize anyone so I said. Can I have the order remayed?
And she said she was out of the stuff to remake the order and she said no. Then I ask for her name and the manager. She said she was the manager and refused to give me her name or remake my order or give me a refund And she slammed the window on my face and said check the internet.
