leaving a 1 star review because of the horrible customer service. This was my very first time ever trying Panera EVER and very excited to try the grilled cheese with tomato soup. WELL, there’s this really delicious cookie called the kitchen sinked cookie? ( i think ) I added it to my order and tried to substitute the chips because I didn’t want it anyway. It was a long wait. Over 35 minutes. I go over to get my food and tell the lady “hello! I asked for the cookie ma’am ?” I’m really polite so I didn’t want no problems. That’s exactly what I got. The lady said “ We don’t substitute the chips for the cookie ma’am. “ I informed her “but that’s what I asked for?” “ No ma’am we don’t do that.” LIKE. HOSTILE ATTITUDE. So I said “ But the lady up there just told me I was able to? and that the cookie if half off, if I added it to me order??” “ Ma’am I don’t see a cookie on here and we don’t do that. that’s what i’m trying to tell you.” 🤨🤨 I was taken a back by how she talked to me!!! I said to her “ Ma’am I paid for it tho? “ “ Nope. I don’t see it on here. Who took your order ? “ I DONT KNOW !! 😭😭 WHY IS SHE NOT SEEING A COOKIE ON THERE PANERA PLS DO BETTER😭😭. She walks over to the cashier and SEES THE COOKIE AFTER HER SORRY ATTITUDE. Blamed the lady who took my order for not giving me the cookie FIRST. Like???? That’s not the problem here ma’am. didn’t even say an apology for how she was acting and did not make me feel welcomed for trying it anymore. almost lost my appetite because why was she the one angry that I paid for a meal that wasn’t correct.

The service was great! I'd like to shout out how perfect my Mediterranean veggie (med veg) sandwich was put together by Jacob! I do mean a sandwich put together perfectly. In my opinion, one of the best sandwiches I've had the pleasure of satisfying my hunger after a long day of adulting 😊 My sandwich was not squished or falling apart like other locations I've been to. Jacob's artistry of a simple dish was strategically balanced with the freshest tasting ingredients, finished off with the right amount (lathered) of hummus ! Simple put, he deserves an Oscar award for his performance 👏!

P.S. The autumn squash soup was an excellent partner in crime to dip this devilish sandwich 🥪 into a hot, cold mix all-in-one bite! For those who'd like to know my Medveg was ordered without cheese, added avocado, spinach, and garlic aioli.

A whole year later and Jake made my med vegg to perfection. This location is obviously doing things rights as I do value great team members who take their position seriously. Mostly quiet place, I normally order either on my phone at the table, or at the kiosk inside the store. Sometimes I also order delivery and they get to me within a reasonable time.

There were times where my order was missing items, or made incorrectly, but whenever I go it seems quite busy (not hectic, but there minimal amounts of empty seats/tables) and can understand if something is forgotten. I noticed on the receipt it states if you get a meal made incorrectly or something you can let a manager know and I believe that the meal is free on them for their error.

Food comes out great and at pretty fast. During busier times you could probably wait 10 mins and that really isn't a wait at all.

I always have to get their Cinnamon rolls when I'm there, even though I avoid sugar when I can :)
