It doesn’t please me to do this. But for the sake of the owner or district manager I must This by far is the worst chipotle I’ve been to in my life. Which indicates that management has to be let go of and new fully trained management installed and hire new crew. Plenty of people want a job. Let me list a little the places I’ve had chipotle. Miami, Los Angeles, Orange County California, Texas, San Diego, San Francisco, NYC, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Atlanta. I am a global business owner, neuroplasticity coach and business consultant. The absolute worst. From the get go I was full of energy smiling and engaging the first young woman who was going to help me. I greeted her she didn’t greet me back. She was grumpy. I asked for a bowl and I asked for just a little bit of brown rice before she put her spoon in there and she filled the whole spoon with rice. Seemingly on purpose. Again I’m a public speaker and project well so I know she heard me. The next young man with with the meats. He didn’t interact with me either but eye contact was a little better. The next young man near the condiments, was better but gave me a look when I asked for clarity that there wasn’t any sour cream and no guac. The last young woman at the register, didn’t interact at all and looked so annoyed to be serving and or that was greeting them and asking them how their day was and really attempting to help them and engage them and they just disengaged . When I asked the cash register young woman if they had lime flavored chips she barely uttered the word yep. With almost no interaction or engagement at all. The whole experience was a failure . I asked for hot salsa like a half an amount and they loaded it. On the positive side. I asked the condiments young man if he could open it back up and just place a little more cheese since there wasn’t any sour cream , and they loaded it with salsa ; and he did with no issues. I thanked him and he said your welcome. Customer service and the people you interact with in a restaurant is part of the whole experience. But then not listening to clear directives and questions … wow. Manager.. regional director , “bad days” are not welcome with front counter staff. No excuse . Do your self a favor and our neighbors here in Aventura , pick better staff and I’d respectfully request to be...
Read moreI went to this Chipotle today around 630pm and I noticed that you had to order online to do take out. When I got there the member spoke to us outside and got our names so that he could get our takeout orders from inside. He came out several times to get the names of everyone that ordered. I told him 2 or 3 times to add extra rice to my order and he told me that he didnt forget. When I got my order I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! The bowl was not made with care it looked as though the people or person that made it was upset or did not care and just threw everything inside the bowl. The guacamole was dropped on one side of the plate, small amount of chicken (I tasted another meat in my bowl-may have been pork and I do not eat pork) and the rice was probably 2 small scoops. That is why I explained to the member at the door to add more rice. I drove from far away and should have opened the bowl in front of him to make sure that the order was made correctly and with care. I understand that this is currently not the best of times to be working but if you know that your not going to give 100% STAY HOME! Have members that still care about customer service and will make a meal just as though they were making it for themselves. I work in customer service and even though customers order online you should be able to prepare a customers order without any issues. Especially since you are not making orders for people in front of you (dine-in) and take out orders at the same time which can put pressure on you. All you are doing now is taking takeout orders so you have time to actually show attention to each order. I should have taken a picture but forgot to. Please make sure that you check your food before you leave the restaurant when your order is given to you. I usually dont write a review but I had to today. VERY...
Read moreMy friend and I used to go here very often. We decided to go back today and I honestly wish we never did.. We saw the steak looked slightly old and reaching the bottom so we decided to just get out of line and go to the back of the line to wait for the fresh stuff. We ended up going to the back twice until finally we asked the kind young lady, Tatiana, if we could wait for the fresh steak that they just took of the grill. She said very kindly that it wasn’t a problem and she then let the guy cooking know we were going to wait. The cook (not sure of his name but had dreads with some tattoos) was immediately resilient and told her he has other things to do. We assured the girl it was no rush and we just went to the back of the line for the third time. We got to the front again and she asked the cook if he could get steak and you could tell he was visibly frustrated by this. He proceeded to go to the back and start talking to all the coworkers. They each came to the doorway one by one to get a glimpse of us. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable getting food in my life. The cook even made sure to give Tatiana a hard time for helping us, saying how inconvenient this is and scolding her, right in front of us! Tatiana was nothing but friendly and helpful! When we got to the front, the small girl with blue hair at the register was then acting very cold towards us. We were nothing but polite about the situation and apologized repeatedly for even asking. This happened just after about...
