If there were less stars than a single to rate this location, that would be even too high at this point.

Ordered online for a pick-up - calzone with pepperoni, mushroom, & black olives. Got to the store, paid in cash for it, grabbed the "order", and drove home. All to find that the calzone had nothing but cheese in it. Called the manager of the Avon location and he said he would re-make the order (10-15 min) and get it delivered to us (another 10-15 min). We are in North Ridgeville, out of their delivery range, but they said it wasn't a problem due to their mistake.

AN HOUR LATER.... called the store, asked for manager, and manager said the driver left the building so he put me on hold and called the driver. Very long time on hold - manager gets back on and says, the driver did leave, but doesn't have your order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

Then I get told the issue would be raised with their customer service dept, and I would get a "gift card" for their mistakes.

AGAIN - ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? While I try to understand that mistakes happen, #1: your employees have ONE JOB TO DO - MAKE AN ORDER CORRECT!!!

And your delivery drivers??? Hey - how 'bout you remember orders when you walk out the door to do a delivery??? AGAIN - ONE JOB TO DO.

DO NOT SEND A FREAKING GIFT CARD - that is the biggest slap in the face. I unfortunately paid cash for the order, otherwise I would dispute the order with my credit card company. I deserve a full refund - in cash - and I guarantee it will never happen. What a horrible company - sending a gift card after they screwed up? That implies I would want to come back there - huge NO on all levels.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I go to this Antonio's and will be sure to tell all friends and family the same. Extremely sloppy and lazy on al counts and their service...

I came down to see my family from Northern Michigan & they wanted to treat me to Antonio’s Pizzeria telling me how good everything was. I wanted the new Italian & pasta salad & some pizza. We ordered the food for delivery & after a hour half (YES 1.5 hrs) we still hadn’t gotten our food delivered. My daughter called them & they said they were almost here. When they got here & we took the food inside, 2 of the pizzas were all slid to one end of the box where everything has slid on top of each other. They forgot my salad which turn my switch off for a good review. The chicken strips were very well done almost to the point of not eating them. It takes a lot for us to complain about a takeout, but when you’re spending over $100 on a meal you at least expect to get something you can eat & to get the full order. We place a call to them explaining that our antipasto salad wasn’t in there, & that the chicken was a little overdone, & both of the pizza had been all shove the one end of the box. The lady said that she would give credit for the salad & we asked her about the rest of the stuff & the lady said she would give a $20 credit & then she hung up on us. we do understand that mistakes happen, but we also expect them to be a little bit more compassionate about forgetting something in the order or something being well done or pizzas being on top of each other and then to speak to somebody who said what they said and just hung up doesn’t look good for the...

Delicious! We ordered the garden salad with house Italian, a pepperoni butter crust pizza, a Sicilian pepperoni pizza, and the Italian donuts.

The garden salad was very basic and dressing was a simple vinegar forward house Italian. Fresh ingredients in the salad, so I can’t complain!

The Sicilian was very good, square pizza with crispy oily pepperonis… but the star for me is the butter crust! It has so much sauce on the top, it is absolutely delish! The sauce is sweet and very homemade tasting, it feels like you’re eating a homemade Italian dish! Currently trying to resist eating thirds as we speak!

My only complaint is the Italian donuts tasted exactly like a cut up breadstick tossed in cinnamon sugar. I was expecting like a soft doughy donut. Prepackaged icing, nothing to write home about. I was expecting something more homemade tasting but they were reminiscent of something from Pizza Hut or the like.

We did a pick up order and it was ready very quickly!

Overall, I’m totally coming back for that butter crust style pizza and would love to try their chicken...
