My wife, daughter and I stopped in for dinner last night (December 29th,2018). I’m very particular with service. I am in customer service myself. We started eating our food and halfway through my quesadilla burger I found the other half to be not done. This instantly ruined my appetite. The waitress came over and asked if I was done and if she could take my plate. I said yes please and thank you. I didn’t say a word about my burger not being done. My daughter took a few bites of her corn dog and the breading was not done it was dough. The waitress returned to our table and said “I saw the way your burger was and the manager would be over to talk with us about it.” This waitress (Amber L.) was on top of her game. She went above and beyond to take this matter into her own hands. She was very apologetic. The manager came over and apologized as well. She took care of my burger, my daughters corn dog ( the waitress noticed that as well) and took care of our appetizer and offered to make us more food if we were still hungry. This is more than I could have asked for. This is what I call taking ownership of the product that you deliver. For this reason my family and I will be back. I didn’t ask nor did I expect anything for free. These 2 individuals delivered great customer service last night. Thank you guys for taking a disappointing experience to a great experience. Keep up the great work and don’t ever stop delivering top notch...
Read more7/26/23: We get here at 7:45 and not one staff member is in the seating area ANYWHERE. It's now 7:50 and a customer tells a staff member by the kitchen that they have customers waiting. Every staff member- EVERY STAFF MEMBER is in the kitchen. We get seated and our drinks orders are taken and the guy goes back to the kitchen . 8:10 were given our drinks. The guy seats two other families and he stops to chat with one he seated. it's now 8:27. We have officially have been in Applebee's for over a half hour and all we got was a drinks. I asked for the check- a lemonade, a root beer, and an ice water. The guy said not to worry about it. And we went to Red Robin. It's gonna be a while before we return Apple Bees in Avon. Last time we had bad food and for the first time ever, I had to send a salad back because the lettuce was rotten. Now this??? No thank you. I'm good. I rather not have the let down.personally, every server needs fired including the manager for how horrible they treated their customers tonight. Unacceptable! Glad they have the all you can eat back! We indulged in happy hour and had drinks. Waitress was super nice, despite how busy they were. They ran out of certain items due to game night and the waitress was quick to other...

Central bar location in house, surrounded by a slightly raised seating area that emphasizes the restaurant nature of the franchise. Applebee's franchise fare and choices all present, and the food we've received has consistently been well prepared and plated. The staff, as well, are consistently upbeat and friendly, responsive to requests and generally vigilant for your needs to be met. On table unobtrusive standing tablet kiosks make it very easy to pay your bill when you wish, or can serve as a game playing device (at a small cost) for the kids, or if you're into trivia distractions, or just fumbling around on a date for something to do together if chatting gets awkward. Large TV's are interlaced throughout, and there's usually one somewhere in your field of view- usually tuned to popular sporting events or shows, while it seems a few screens carry news headline topics. To sum up, it's a pleasant, reasonably priced venue for enjoying a meal, chat, family dining, sports bar location, or simply if you're hooked on riblets 😀. Your expectations...
