We took our 3 granddaughters on a ādateā to their choice. Our 2 year old was acting tired and whiney. Normally sheās a voracious eater but wouldnāt touch her food. She moved to sit with grandma. Then she stood up and vomited everywhere. It was voluminous. Maybe her first time. All over herself, grandma and the floor. 4 productive heaves. We quickly stripped off her and grandmas jackets and grandma carried her to the restroom passing by an elderly employee whiling tables. She apologetically told employee our Grandprincess just got sick. I was moving our other granddaughters to another table when the employee showed up with towels and cleaning g supplies. I asked to help and she refused my aid. āNo, this is what we are here for. We are here to serve you. Please take care of your little girls. I told her I felt bad not helping and leaving that for her. She repeated that it was no problem and added to please bring them back when they feel better. She was so sweet and service oriented. Made us feel cared for. Great job management in your hiring good character. I believe the younger staff are trained like her, but she was hired already this way, Iām sure. She is a great example...

The bad part is we had to drive abt 10 mins back for our cheese sauce bec they only rang us up for 2, we asked for cheese sauce for all 5 meals. I called to let them know & also told them the cheese sauce we did get had very little in it equivalent to 2 tbsp. You could actually see the corner of the cup bec it was so little n the container, so I specifically asked for them to put more cheese in the container. But of course that didn't happen. Clearly, most of their business at this location is delivery, but we went inside. I ordered a kids meal, as I was not overly hungry. When the individual brought it to the table, she said āDid you lose a kid?āsnide comment, not necessary. My husband went back and ordered an ice cream, and the lady asked him if it was a reward?
