I have come to this location 3 times to utilized the "3 for me" deal. The first time when I was charged full price i figured it was a harmless mistake. The 2nd time I was overcharged I brought it to the servers attention and it was fixed. After the third time with a third different sever this no longer seems like a mistake. You see, this amazing deal, only works if they ring you up correctly, the 10.99 deal when run up normally is actually 13.99 just for the burger and fries, then you are charged 3.29 for a drink and in my case because we got soup instead of chips and salsa i was charged 6.70 for a cup of soup. Total now is 23.98 cents a difference of 12.99. Mind you two people in my order got this deal so I was overcharged 25.98. It seems to me this is a way for the servers to maximize their tips while stealing from chilis customers. I contacted chilis corporate website and received a standard response where the person who responded didn't even delete the "fill in here" parts of their automated email that would address my issues as a customer specifically. I was sent a 20$ be our guest coupon which is less than I was even overcharged. I really hope people who come here for a good deal see this comment and make sure they are being charged correctly and not being fleeced by people trying to line their own pockets. You need to de a complainer by default to not be ripped off. It's bad customer service and I do t blame the servers, chilis should build the deal directly into their point of sale system and respond to complains and issues with actual consideration not blanket PR statements. The lunch special with the smashburger the fries and a drink for what $10.99 maybe and it comes with free chips and salsa! It was wonderful! Came out relatively quick during busy lunch time and everything tasted great! Our service was wonderful and it wasn't too noisy either inside a building that was packed with people. There are plenty of choices to choose from for the entire menu but because it was lunch time we chose from the special lunch time menu. If I'm not mistaken I believe the highest priced lunch time offer was $16.99. That was for the three for all We got the southwestern egg rolls, The gigantic mozzarella sticks you get two and let me tell you the cheese pull....WOW! You also get to choose another item because after all it is called the three-for-all and so my son chose the sliders. Can I just say what a way to step up your game Chili's! The food came out hot The egg rolls were crispy the burger thingy oh my goodness that tasted so good and the mozzarella sticks had we not had a dye allergy We would have definitely went for the hot Moz sticks. Seeing how this was my second time there and maybe a week and a half I would say I'm definitely going to go back. Chili's, you bewildering paradox of a restaurant! How is it that a place known for its unapologetic love of Tex-Mex can be so downright infuriatingly delicious? I find myself in a state of bewildered rage each time I leave, cursing under my breath at how irresistibly tempting everything is.

Let's talk about those molten lava cakes, shall we? They’re like the culinary equivalent of a beautiful disaster: a perfect eruption of chocolate and warmth that has me questioning every life decision that led me to that moment. And don’t even get me started on the baby back ribs! How dare you, Chili’s, for serving something so tender and finger-lickin’ good that I’m left angrily lamenting the fact that I have to wait an entire week to indulge again.

The service, oh the service. It’s annoyingly efficient, leaving no room for a leisurely meal. Your staff seems to be trained in some dark, almost sorcerous way to anticipate needs before they even arise, making me wonder if they’re secretly trying to outdo my own kitchen at home.

In the end, Chili’s, you manage to provoke an unrelenting hunger for more with every visit, leaving me both satisfied and deeply perturbed by the relentless brilliance of your menu.
