Time of order 756pm. Date 03132021. Location 10747 e us 36 Avon indiana.46123. Order number 26. Ticket number 1326. If you follow my reviews you know your gonna get everything straight. I play no games. Drive thru double line not backed up to the road yet but starting back side of store both sides full. Lots of cars behind me. My original order was number 3 med with sprite (double quarter pounder meal med with sprite) 3 mcchickens. Finally got to window one and paid. Had no clue they only rang up 2 chickens and a number 3. Second window i was handed a med sprite no greetings and told pull forwards we will bring it out to you. Remind you a car before as well was told to pull forwards. Vairly any room for us both and i almost got hit from car behind me because they hardly could get out yet they was given a huge order. A young lady brought out a bag handed it to the first car they people said something she shrugged walked back in. I waited until 810 i called and told them i was still waiting and 8 other cars left behind me. The manager had no clue i was even waiting, asked the girl where is the bag she gave her to give to me. Let me know i shouldnt had even been parked and my food was given to a driver that wasn't supposed to be parked yet i watched the girl point them to park like she did me. I had to wait for the order to be cooked again she told me and no refund was offered. Only oh im sorry we will get it to you. A young man brought it to me 5 min later and i pulled away. It wasnt til i got to the light i seen the fries were old and grease covered and cold And the burger was raw as my child puked it up from gagging on the raw texture. I called and the manager same lady said oh im sorry we havent had any problems til now when you told us can i make another meal for you. No you cant make me another meal thats 3 strikes. But she did offer me the number to merlyn of which i did call and am now awaiting a call back to see how this goes. I will update as i am approached by this. Very disappointed right now and i have a child i now need to watch for...
Read moreWhen I order at this specific McDonaldâs every day I specific no matte what I am ordering that I have an allergy to tomatoes and ketchup. I specifically state no tomatoes or ketchup on any of my order whether it comes with it or not. I went through the drive through. The ticket said no ketchup and it still had it. I went to the lobby to get a new one and I was very rudely shooed away from the door and told to go back through the drive through line; which by the way was 20+ cars long. I walked to the drive through window and explained that I specifically asked for no ketchup or tomato anywhere in my order and needed a new sandwich due to allergy. I was rudely lectured by the manager to get out of the drive through window and that the sandwich didnât come with tomato so she couldnât make me a new sandwich cause there was nothing wrong with it. I told her yes there was because ketchup has tomatoes in it and I will die! And I needed a remake. She said Iâm not sure what you want me to do and I said make me another one or give me my money back. She very resentfully and rudely said fine we will remake it! Iâm now standing in your drive through writing this because you didnât have the customer service or decency to open the lobby while I waited for another sandwich to be made. I also never got an apology or any sort of remorse for making the customer feel disrespected and underappreciated! Donât you know the customer is always right?! Anyways overall this location has horrid customer service, appreciation, horrible attitude from its employees and reeks of distain for their work environment. I would never visit this location again unless you donât want your food right, to be treated like dirt, to wait ungodly amounts of time, or to have your food literally thrown all over...
Read moreIâd give 0 stars if I could.
I visited the Avon, Indiana (US Highway 36) on 08/30/25 at approximately 10:54 p.m. and had a very disappointing experience.
I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited at the speaker for several minutes without any acknowledgement. It became clear that no one had their headsets on, so I drove up to the pick-up window. At that point, a young man began waving his hands and told me they were closed. When I pointed out that your posted hours state 11:00 p.m., he called another employee over to handle the situation.
A woman, who identified herself as âStephanieâ (though she hesitated when giving her name, so I am not certain it was accurate), told me again that the store was closed. I explained that the hours clearly state 11:00 p.m. and also mentioned that I had just seen someone order ahead of me. She insisted that no one ordered before me and stated that they had closed early because they were short-staffed and, in her exact words, âlow key we ran out of food.â
This entire interaction was extremely unprofessional. Closing before the stated hours, refusing service to customers still within business hours, and offering that type of explanation does not reflect well on your company. Customers rely on the posted hours, and the lack of acknowledgment or courtesy in this situation was unacceptable.
I wanted to make sure this issue is brought to your attention, as I am confident that with the time and date provided, you will be able to determine which employees...
