Order No.: 26390804107771908
1.) Order was supposed to be ready for pickup by 5:35PM.
2.) Upon arrival at the store at 6:35PM, I advised a manager— what my name was and that I was here to pick up my food.
3.) “Sorry, we had a walk-in rush, and so its going to be a few minutes.” I reply, “No Problem, I’ll wait.”
4.) 6:10PM rolls around and I have been noticing that every single walk-in customer has been helped and more are being helped while I do not observe my stack on the grill or my quesadilla.
5.) An employee literally tells another, “can you please make (my last name)’s order he’s been waiting for 45 minutes.
6.) 6:15PM I instruct the employee to not make my food and to refund me my money. This was a stack and quesadilla— not a catering spread for 50 people. 40 minutes past scheduled pick up. What a Joke.
45 minute wait because nobody behind the counter ever thought to implement an alternating system of one walk-in/one mobile order.
The employees tried to justify this by saying they had a rush of walk-ins however it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that if you let the mobile order system get so far behind that 45 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time, YOU STILL HAVEN’T even started let alone made my meal ready for pickup, you as the employees need better training.
Businesses are understaffed everyday— being understaffed doesn’t allow you to basically make mobile orders once the person tell’s you they are here to pick it up.
Also if you’re so understaffed maybe the Manager or Owner/Operator should be actually helping make food and not disappearing in the back.
Needless to say, be wary of mobile orders at...
Read moreFirst off ANY Moe's LOCATION is BETTER than CHIPOTLE. Chipotle is cheap and disgusting and a "commercially over-marketed chain" just like it's owner McDonalds.
The taste and options here are way better and fresher. Nothing looks like it's been sitting out on the buffet for hours + Moe's doesn't nickel-and-dime you for all those little things like Chipotle does and they don't skimp on chips and they provide a free salsa bar with several fresh homemade salsa choices.
However like any chain business be warned that not every location is created equal. With that being said don't waste your time or money going to the one in North Olmsted. This Avon location may be further away but the QUALITY is so much better that it is worth the drive and you won't have to worry about getting sick from chemical cleaners while eating or physically hurt just trying to walk out of the place. The North Olmsted location still has not fixed their faulty 1 inch concrete lip that I tripped and fell on last year even after suing them. Than last time I was there they had a kid spraying Multi purpose cleaner on tables while people were eating. I was so disgusted that I couldn't even finish my food and left. I just now literally drove from North Olmsted all the way out to this Avon location because it is absolutely SUPERB service and the quality of food is overall better and the manager or owner that's always here is a really nice guy and my chips are always hot! This is the BEST MOES in Ohio I have been to this far. Thank you for your...
Read moreI placed an online order and picked it up. When I got home I discoverd my order was wrong. Drove all the back to my Moe's locations with orginal receipt that had my order on it. The lady looked at my order and saw the mistake that I DID NOT order any Queso on my nachoes. The lady than looked at me and asked me why I didn't want Queso on my Nachoes. I told her if I did want queso on my nachoes I would have never drove back up here to complain about it as I do not even like queso. I would think the manager that was there and saw this SHOULD have offered me a free small drink or somethng for the inconvience of having to waste my time and gas driving all the back there to correct my order but nothing was ever offered except for them to tell me sorry. :( Not a good look for the manager as she or someone else there should have done more than say sorry for my inconvience and time wasted having to drive back there to correct their mistake. BTW, In my past life I worked as a manager at a fast food place and when mistakes happened to our customers I would always ask them what I could do to make up for it as well as offer them a choice of a free food item, a drink or gift card to show them how sorry we were for any mistakes we might have caused. Please do better to treat your customers right when mistakes our made besides...
