Panda Express — Restaurant in Avon

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your location. We ordered a Chow Mein and Super Greens Party Tray and requested that it be made fresh. While observing the kitchen staff prepare the Chow Mein, I noticed that the team member took refrigerated Chow Mein, placed it on the pan, and gave it just a couple of turns without even lowering the lever to cook it properly as per the corporate recipe. The result was undercooked Chow Mein, which was very disappointing.

We were starving and had no choice but to eat it, but it was not up to the standard we expect from Panda Express. I immediately notified the manager about the issue, but she dismissed my concern, stating that it was fine. This response was disheartening, as it felt like our feedback was not taken seriously.

So I’ve been to many different Chinese restaurants because it’s my favorite food. And I’ve lived here and there, but never have been fond of Panda Express. I love this one though. Today I went to this location for the first time. I ordered through the website so I can just run and pick it up on my break. It took a short amount of time to do so I was happy. But when I got back to work they had given me someone else’s order and receipt. I called and explained and Mikey was great with handling the situation. He told me I can come in and get what I had originally ordered after I got off work. I got there 7 minutes before they closed and they didn’t seem upset with me at all. Mykala told us they would be with us in a moment. They kept filling drive thru orders, after 6-7mins of no one acknowledging us after I ask Mykala if they where only doing drive-thru, then Gavin finally appeared. He took my order and my husband said he would specifically wait for more sweet fire chicken. They where filling the pans pretty quick, we get our food, etc. When we open our trays they gave my husband 3 small pieces that was it, the 3 small pieces that where left in the pan that he said he would wait for more. The crab ragoon was unseasoned warm cream cheese. They where pretty busy and I understand that but that was ridiculous giving him 3 little when he said he would wait and they where making fresh anyways.
