Our reviews had over 56 million views in the last 12 months. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really love Ticino. Small family owned, must call for reservations. Food is spectacular. She had margherita pizza which had fresh tomatoes and fresh basil. She added anchovies and they were just the right amount. Pizza is thin with lots of flavor but not cracker thin. Think NY style crust. I had the El Diablo and it was spicy but oh so good. loved the fact that the jalapenos were fresh, bread is home made and served hot. We both had a pasta dish to try for the review. You mix and match here which gives you lots of option. Pick a pasta, pick from 9 sauces, pick protein such as shrimp, meatballs, Italian sausage (omg was the sausage great!!!! home made as well), chicken, parmigiana and others. All of it is excellent. They put a small amount of sauce on top but a lot on bottom so you can mix it up if you like lots of sauce. I prefer only a little sauce but she mixed hers up with her gnocchi and loved it. All pasta and gnocchi are homemade daily. Desserts are great here!!! We tried most of them. Cannoli's are hand made only after you order them, very good, The panna cotta is the best dessert with lovely lite little huckleberry type sauce and LOTS of whipped cream. Had the pistachio gelato and the salted caramel and dang they were awesome. Expresso and all your coffee drinks available here as well as a full bar with lots of warm fun drinks to try. This place was awesome and is a must go to when in Vail or Beaver Creek. Cannot say enough about how good it is. The one odd thing is that it is HARD to find. Not good signage and you have to go inside a building and kind of walk around to find it. see photos below of us looking for it. Price is low for the area and food comes out fast and hot. Check out all of our reviews and look at all the photos below. If we do not like it we do no review it so all of the ones you see are places that are fantastic. Follow us if you like. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy father, Juan Diossa recently made a review about this restaurant, and the owner replied saying that my dad and his ācompanionsā keep coming and being rude and disrespectful customers. I am not saying this story to be on my fathers perspective, but from mine. We sat down at our table and ordered our food. Our server was normal at first, but as we kept asking for simple request like getting utensils or napkins our server started showing an annoyed face, and even changing her tone to a more disrespectful one. We got our food and my father ordered a salad, but instead of getting a nice and apatizing plate my father got a pile of leaves. We told the surver and she brought us a new one, and this time it looked 10 times better than what we first got. The wrest of our table was not very satisfied with what we got, and our server kept getting more annoyed as we asked for something. Our table decided not to tip because we did not enjoy the service. (and there is no rule that you are obligated to tip) one of the people at our table went to inform the owner that we were not tipping dew to awful service. The owner put on a very mad face and as we were walking started yelling at us that we are no longer aloud to come in and dine at this restaurant. So in other words he was kicking us out. He claimed that we have been coming in for three years in a row causing trouble. My father said that we will leave, but he didnāt understand why we were getting kicked out just because of someone complaining about our service. In my opinion if you are the owner of a restaurant you should learn how to deal professionally, and not by kicking out all of your problems. And especially getting so personal about one person to complain about. Because in your complaint you claimed to have known all of my fathers information about past restaurants which is FALSE. Anyways after the owner finished screaming a different server came out and started cursing us out that we should never come back. In front of young children. We left after them constantly screaming āget out and never come backā so to this owner I hope you write back another message about how we are crazy. Even tho you guys are the ones cursing your customers out. Thank you for reading and I canāt wait for another rude...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDelizioso! Short version: Amazing food, generous people, cozy setting, close to major hotels in Beaver Creek, and make a reservation because table fill up fast! The Rucola Salad with the Osso Buco Nonna Rosa were our favorite dishes!
Long version: This was the best place we had dinner during our entire Colorado Trip! In fact, it was so amazing, we immediately made a reservation for the next evening. We normally like to try a new place for dinner every night while on vacation but this place was so amazing, we just had to eat there again before we left!
The first night we tried the Rucola Salad and Burrata Caprese Salads. They were simple yet amazingly complex flavors developed with each bite. Next we had the Osso Buco and the Pollo Morano. "Wow" is the one word which comes to mind as we reflect back on this meal. Can't go wrong with any of the above.
The next night we skipped the salad to save room for dessert. We went right for the entrees of Tonno Sottoto and Build Your Own Pasta dish. Both were amazing choices but the Osso Buco would be our repeat meal if we ever make it back. For dessert, we had the Tiramisu and the Gelati. They were both so delicate and sweet own their own. Then we decided to try a spoonful of the Tiramisu with the Gelati on top and we immediately enjoyed the taste of Heaven.
The next time we visit Colorado, we will plan our vacation around this place! ...
