Nottingham Lake — Attraction in Avon

Unbelievable place. Parking isn’t ideal if you don’t get one of the 8 spots next to the lake, so I recommend bringing a pull cart if you have a lot to carry because the walk is a bit long, but so worth it! Great beach for the kids to play, they also have paddle boards and paddle boats for rent. There is a pier for fishing and just gorgeous views. Very kid friendly, lots of shade, 2 volleyball nets and a sidewalk for running about a mile loop...

Beautiful park with a lake for swimming or boating. You can rent paddle boards and paddle boats. You can also bike or walk around the lake. Great kids playground and exercise equipment. Bathrooms and water fountains are available. In the summer there was a really cool art fair and quite a few free shows including a jazz concert and a ballet performance at the open air...

Awesome park in the middle of avon, great views of the beaver creek slopes.

The walk around the lake is like .75 miles and it's perfect for a few laps. They have picnic tables, a shelter, playground, workout area, amphitheater, beach volleyball, restrooms, and a dock. Couldn't ask for more out of your local park, please...
