Charter Sports Ski, Snowboard & Bike Rentals - The Christie Lodge Beaver Creek — Attraction in Avon

This place is AWESOME! Great equipment, great/super-convenient location, great pricing and extremely knowledgeable staff. When you go here, look for Jeff Weddle. He is simply one of the best. Jeff spent a ton of time with us not only getting us the right equipment, but ensuring the correct fit, explaining to us how boots should be sized, etc. The end result - we had an amazing time on the slopes....and for the first time ever - no shin-bang! That was pure magic! Oh ...and Jeff also spent time telling us about the local attractions (e.g.: Glenwood Hot Springs), which we would have totally missed if not for Jeff. Side note - Glenwood Hot Springs is also amazing. So net, net - Charter Sports at Christie Lodge is awesome, and Jeff makes it...

Very nice. Nice location if you're staying in that area. Staff is helpful. We had one day where we didn't ski and they had us bring the skis back for that day and hold on to them for us. One of the staff had mentioned that we return them at 10:30 instead of 10 and he could charge for an extra day. Which we knew. But we had already arranged it ahead of time. It felt a little bit like a scolding. I just don't think he was in on the discussion the day before. Otherwise great...

Needed a good tune and edge plus a good extra amount of work performed on my board. I plead my case with Rich who greeted me with a handshake seemed more than happy to help me with my problem. To keep it short, i found out i had more than 2or3 core shots, alot more... My board came back ready to rip, it feels good to be able to keep up with my peeps without breaking my bank! Let's just say it was a better job for less $$ than M.S.O. did...
