Wild Heaven Beer Avondale & Al's Pine Street Market Kitchen — Restaurant in Avondale Estates

Wild Heaven Brewery itself is awesome, would give 5 stars just for atmosphere and beer. Had the Watermelon Emergency beer yesterday and it was such a refreshing light beer with a definite fruit-forward flavor, loved it! And we love going to the beer garden, especially on a sunny day. Casual vibes and music, can’t beat it.

We wish we could get a solid meal here too though. We had the kids grilled chicken nuggets, the side of tater tots and two of the 50/50 burgers (attached the menu for ref). The chicken nuggets (attached pic) were basically a chicken breast cut into chunks, but the chicken breast was very rubbery and we all tried a bite and ended up not eating any of it because it was so rubbery. The burgers were fair, at best. Nothing special honestly and especially for the price of $17 a piece without cheese or side. The only great part of the food were the tater tots. Those were excellent. Sadly, Would give the food itself a 2 star rating.

I guess we know to just go for a happy hour with drinks, tots and the atmosphere. Wouldn’t reco for dinner. We spent over $100 for my husband and I with our daughter, but def didn’t seem or taste like that. We’ll be back for sure for drinks. So giving a 4 overall. Hopefully better food partnership...

I’ve seen this place on Groupon forever and finally has a chance to check it out to celebrate a birthday! The Groupon is for two people which includes four pours, a 4 or 6 pack out the fridge and a souvenir glass per person; a steal! Getting there was a little tricky because the GPS tells you to go straight, but before you go to the end of the street, you will see a sign for Wild Heaven beer, make a right there. Parking seemed plentiful for the amount of people there. The brewery itself was pretty huge. We were immediately greeted with warm smiles and graciously helped by Colin. He was super helpful and made the best recommendations while we were there. We enjoyed our pours, played some uno and perused the patio. The decor was super cute with the patio lights, different painting and the bench seating. One of the owners I want to say was there and he was super friendly too with making our 6 pack choices. We celebrated my husband's birthday last night and it could not have gone smoother! Hayden was incredibly helpful and easy to work with before we showed up, letting us bring in food as well as use the chef on site. The spacious inside was perfect for everyone in our group (about 35 people) to mill about and listen to the live music (so rare at a brewery!). The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! They were knowledgeable and informative about all their options. The varieties of beers meant there was something for everyone and SO many of our friends were impressed with the choice of venue (causal and a local brewery vibe... the backdrop is all their brewing hard work, it's cool!). It was pouring and cold out, but it didn't dampen the mood. It would be great during a nice day or even to come back and grab a few with some friends. Highly recommend!!!
