Avondale location General manager is very unprofessional. I spend lots of money here that I receive lots of coupons with great deals. I made two separate orders so that I could use 2 coupons. I have 4 grandkids who also love the pizza. The girl up front called a manager to assist with our order. The general manager tells us that we can’t use 2 coupons in the same day. I told her I use to work at another location and that wasn’t true. She then proceeded to tell me that it was at the discretion of the manager. I told her I drove from Buckeye to come eat your pizza that’s 302nd Avenue. Do you know how far that is! She said she could only honor one coupon even though we ordered each coupon on 2 separate orders. My daughter planned to pay for one and I the other. The general manager stated that people take advantage of the coupons. How? by using them? Made no sense. Those coupons are sent to customers as appreciation and I sure did not feel appreciated. I left without pizzas and dinner for my family. Even if this was their policy she could have accommodated us this one time. Kicker! I call back to get the general manager number or a corporate number this same manager gets on the phone tells me “is this so and so?” She says I just talked to her in the store and now she would honor the coupons. After I’m already miles down the freeway. I told her I felt she had a power trip because of her position and just had to show her authority rather than make customers happy. After covid money loss you would think they would want as much of our business as possible, um that’s why coupons are sent out to get you to come in. So as I asked her about wanting the number to corporate, her answer if I had worked for another Rosatis preciously, I should have the number or know how to get it. Nice! Very nice customer service. Well I’m a business owner myself Nacho’Mama’zCookn here in Buckeye Arizona and I would be embarrassed to have an employee who treated customers that way. Rosatis has lost my business but customer service is key to success.
I should mention that she appeared irritated with the employee who went to get her and already irritated prior to all of this. Willing to bet some of her employees have something to say about how she...
Read moreIt’s family fun day and we went on a hunt for some pizza and wings. We wanted to get a little farther from home for something we don’t typically have or something new and came across this location. We’ve had Rosati’s quite a few times at other locations over the last decade, but today’s was the best by far. Brenna our server was part of that the moment we walked in. She was all smiles, came right to our table to greet us and answered any and all questions we had in between taking our drink orders. I’ve been eating on the healthier side lately (sad I know lol) and while I did order a side salad I indulged in a few slices of the classic combo we ordered. My son chose the build your own pasta with penne, meat sauce with Italian sausage and it was phenomenal (I ate some of that too ha ha). Are you even living your best life if you don’t try all the yummy things? We also ordered some hot wings and with a yelp check in with dine in purchase we received free dough nuggets as well. Score yet again! Everything came out quickly. Our salad and wings first. Dough bites soon followed. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the edges lightly crisped but not burnt. So many veggies and yummy sausage. The wings were good size, sauced well and good little kick. The dough nuggets were seasoned well and a huge portion. My son loves dipped them on his pasta sauce. He ate every single piece lol. I’d say that means the dough nuggets were a hit. He made a huge dent in the pasta, but had to take some home because the portion was huge. He’s a teenage boy you eats so much so that says a lot. The vibe was sports bar type with high tops, booths and of course bar seating. Tons of tv’s for all the sports and noice level was actually not too bad. Everything was great and we’re already planning...
Read moreWalked in around 6pm it wasn’t too busy. There were only three Girls working, one at the bar and two on the floor, so I knew we might wait a while to order and get food. The waitress was very nice and had a great attitude. She told us to sit anywhere, we chose a both that was dirty but she was right behind us ready to wipe it off. It only took a few minutes for her to come back and take our drink order, we put in our dinner order too. Drinks came in a decent amount of time but the food took forever, that my 10 year old son asked her how long till the food came out.
We ordered two orders of bone in wings, one mild and one naked with blue cheese and ranch sauce. The wings were piping hot so we waited to for the rest our order a Gluten free pizza and Penne Alla Vodka, which came out shortly after. The wings were wings, how can you screw up wings right? But for a pizza place the Gluten Free cheese pizza looked and tasted like it was frozen from a box. From the sauce to the dough, I was very disappointed. I also tastes my daughters Penne alla Vodka and wasn’t impressed, the pasta was cooked well and the sauce tasted like the can. My kids ordered Shirley Temples which they enjoyed especially when she came back to ask if they wanted more, but my ice tea was weak so I asked for root beer which tasted weird but nit enough to stop me from drinking it. Overall If I’m spending 13 dollars on 6 wings (ridiculous) and $14 on a personal gluten free pizza from a box. Total bill was $58 for three people, I wont be coming back. Only reason I gave it an extra star was because of...
