Updated post in 2025: This Taco Bell has gone downhill. It's terrible. The last several times we have ordered they have forgotten items. There is either too much or two little sauce on the items. On the tacos there's never enough lettuce or cheese. There is hardly ever meat either. The quesadilla has been burned. And the food overall is just poor quality. It's super unfortunate, because this used to be our favorite Taco Bell. I'm not sure what happened, but they definitely stopped caring about quality of food. I still think they have the best Dr Pepper around. However, we will drive to a different Taco Bell in order to get better quality food. Read moreThere was 1 guy on a tablet and a woman complaining about her order being wrong. That should’ve been my clue but my son and I ordered anyway. The server pushed the dine-in button on the kiosk we ordered from yet when we got our food it was in a bag, no tray. I asked a different server for a tray and she looked at me as if I were bothering her. After sorting the orders on the one tray, I realized that we didn’t get our drinks and we both ordered combos. When I went back to the counter to ask for my cups the server that pushed the dine in button didn’t even realize we had our order but she looked around at the 4 other people prior to giving me cups as if I had to lie about not getting them. There was only 1 other person in there where would I have hidden the cups. Do better Taco Bell, because if this is how your service is with 3 customers and no one in drive thru I’d hate to come...
Read moreFood was ridiculous on how bad it was made. I asked nicely for a redo, and they wouldn't do it. To this, I asked for the mgr. ( Jackie), and she refused to make it right. So, I then asked for a refund and she refused that , as well. I didn't even get a receipt. I wadded up the food and threw it away. True, it was only 13 loss but, it makes me sad how bad customer service is these days. Nobody has any respect for your business, anymore. There is no customer appreciation. Customer being right is unheard of. These kids are rude and talk bad about you, as soon as you turn your back. Actually, I give them 0 stars. This is what my food looked like fresh off the line.
