First of all, employees are friendly and coffee is good. But what is the deal with your pricing?? I can’t find accurate pricing anywhere, not on the app or website, and certainly not on your drive thru sign. I have been twice, 1st time I ordered a large cold foam cold brew with oat milk and it was $8.70??? Even though sign says something like “5.25-6.25” For reference, Starbucks charges $5.75 for a trenta (30 oz). cold foam cold brew, and Dunkin charges $4.99 for a large cold brew w/ foam. I get plant milk charges, but most places charge around .80 for that. Today I went back with my kids and sign said java chip frozen drinks were “5.50-6.50.” So I asked how much a large was and the girl said “9.50.” Um, really?? Most places charge like .75-$1 for the next size up, but $3?? It honestly feels like employees are making prices up. Please provide customers with a full menu that includes all drinks by size and price, including up to your 30 oz sizes, and charges for plant milk/syrup etc. You could easily update your app to show this if there isn’t room on the drive thru...
Read moreIt was a Monday, I had just had no sleep, my cat died the week before, my car broke down so at this point im riding a bike everywhere, then I swear to god my bike breaks. At this point im late for work have no bike or cat and stumble in to get some coffee and call a friend. This place seemed new, safe. It was so much more! The coffee?? PERFECT customer service?????AMAZING!! The barista could tell I was having a bad day, and like he knew or something goes “are you ok?” I’m just break down crying talking about my cat, bike, divorce(yea that happened too) and this angle says “im so sorry for your loss, can I recommend a coffee based off of your preferences?” I agreed thanking them while wiping tears and like some sort of bitter sweet magic it was a salted Carmel latte…THE NAME OF MY CAT. Read moreI have previously let a 5 star review. However Ive deleted that review and am re-reviewing. The first time I visited - it was great. The second time, good. However visit 3-5, something is always unavailable or broke. Service has also been declining at the drive through and wait times have increased. The most recent was today being “we can only make energy drinks” - no coffee,no food,nothing else. Also pretty rude and you could not understand her until she repeated herself for the third time. It sounded like the microphone was in her mouth being chewed on. Time 4- they gave us the wrong size and the drinks were okay enough.
