Had the worst experience today.. went in to buy 2 Extra most bestest .. for my kids .. i asked the girl if they were freshly made, she said yes they just came out.. since ive gotten dry ones before, i figured id open the box and check my self.. and to my surprise THEY ARE BOTH DRY!! i told the girl in a low voice since there was ppl still in line.. if i can have different ones.. she gave me 2 more and again 2 dry ones.. there was like 10 boxes.. im sure they were there for a while.. i hated to be that person but she could have said they hadnt just come out. I would have order new ones and waited.. instead they all gave me attitude, 1 screaming from the side asking "why whats wrong with them", and the cashier yelling out to the other lady in the back that i had open all the boxes all loud infront of all the customers.. 1st of all i was trying to be discreet so ppl wouldnt complain.. instead they all made a huge deal as i was told just to wait for new ones.. as i did for about 12 min as 8 new ones came out mine still hadnt.. then "the manager "said i had to wait another 15min.. thats when i finally spoke up and asked what why now.. ive been waiting. She said cuz they are burnt. This literally escalated to an argument between all of us.. in my eyes very unnecessary, either offer my money back or the pizzas that had just came out and pay me my difference. Why all the anger towards me and embarrassing me in front of customers all i asked was 2 pizzas that arent dry for my kids. Whats the big deal.. i asked for the mgr and the lady said she was it.. didnt even say here, take the pizza on the house and bounce... instead of arguing..not one of them had name tags.. in the end she gave me 1 that i paid for and my money back for the other. Then i had to re pay for the hot...
Read moreThe moment I walked in I was put off by the terrible customer service. There was no one at the counter, and when they saw me waiting they pushed the responsibility amongst themselves to come serve me. Finally a girl reluctantly came to the counter to take my order. In a very rude tone, the kind where it sounds like they're pissed off you even had the audacity to come to the establishment, she asked "What do you want?". Without spite, I simply asked for a cheese pizza and bread sticks. Its a simple easy order. It was even ready when I got there. Even in those circumstances she scoffed while getting my order as if she'd much rather be in the back doing whatever she was doing before. Despite the terrible customer service at least I was looking forward to the pizza. However this proved to be fault #2. The pizza was extremely dried out and burnt as if it was sitting there for hours. I was very disappointed. I don't live near the location and had already been at home. This is why I wasn't able to return to get a refund. I was tired from work and didn't want to go back. I was very dissatisfied from my experience at this location. If you're thinking about getting Little Caesars pizza, please go to a...
Read moreOLD WORLD PEPPERONI SMELLED LIKE RANCID OIL, and ALEX the "manager" told me that, "It's not pepperoni, it's old world pepperoni," as if that excused the pizza smelling like Pennzoil pork, and then told me I should've sampled it first. HOW DO I SAMPLE AN ONLINE ORDER, ALEX? Should I have to ask for samples of all ingredients in person to make sure they don't smell like week-old cooking oil? And to then tell me I'm in the wrong because I should expect THAT pepperoni (OH wait, he says OWP is not Pepperoni) to smell like Porky Pig smothered in motor oil? ALEX was argumentative about how it's not pepperoni and would not apologize for the awful smell of his food after I wasted my time having to return for a refund. Instead of being apologetic for a terrible product, he wanted to argue about how Old World Pepperoni is not Pepperoni and I should've sampled it before placing an online order and then used curse words at me after wasting my time. I will be reporting this to Corporate. A good manager would have apologized, asked the issue, and deescalated instead of arguing how OWP is not Pepperoni and I should sample before placing an...
