I'm like a food critic without the license, and I came from Alaska, so I came to this place after shopping at the store, lol. I've never heard of this place but heard a lot about it and I haven't ate yet today lol. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out soon Lord Willing. I randomly selected the Caniac Combo with no bread because I love Cole Slow. Overall wonderful place and atmosphere, and the customer service in the front she was very well mannered and helpful throughout my time checking everything on the menu and she shown a lot of patience on allowing me to take my time figure out what I wanted to order on the menu and she repeated the order to make sure everything was correct, so sorry if I forgot your name so keep up the good work from the time I was there at about 1:00PM, everything tasted fresh and was very fulfilling with massive portions of the chicken Strips that was nice and Hot and super juicy and really nice crunch testure, the Cole Slaw was tasty and had a fresh crunch knowing it was freshly made, the Fries are nicely salted and was not dry, and the Lemonade was soooo refreshing!! I could tell by smelling it from the cup that it's Freshly squeezed. great price overall. The Manager did an amazing job with the cooking today and got to personally meet and thank him for everything for my First Time Experience Dining In. You can park and come inside when they lobby is open or walk here and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or take out. They also have condiments to get or ask for inside. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or family dine in or if you're in a hurry going through drive-through. I have a few recommendations, more staff to maintain the tables when they are done being used so more people can sit down without waiting especially when it gets busy, I haven't experienced the bathroom but make sure to always check it every now and then so everythingis in order. Overall Keep up the good work everyone and the people in the back, and whoever else was working today, they deserves a raise and a couple of new business shirt uniforms and hats and name tags for all the employees....

So I have gotten naked chicks before because I have a gluten allergy. I was always told that they cook the naked chick separate from the breaded and that’s why it takes so long. My daughter went and bought me five naked chicks There was a breaded chicken with it so I contacted the store that she bought it from and they told me that it’s for preference so it’s not so fatty but they cook naked chicks and the regular breaded chicken in the same fryer. they only have four fryers for the chicken and two fryers for the fries. So they use the chicken fryers for all chicken strips and the 2 fryers for fries are only for fries. I was told years ago, when I asked them about the naked chick cause someone told me about them bc of my allergies,so I can actually eat there that I can’t have the fries because they have the fries in the same oil as the breaded chicken. So I’ve never had their fries …So naked chicks are done in an oven or something separate from breaded chicken ,so I am confused and also very upset and why would you use the the same fryers for naked chicks and breaded chicken when people have allergies and it’s been promoted that naked chicks are gluten-free …the Store said well what do you want me to do about it? Do you wanna come back and get more since you had breaded in the naked eat, chicks again it’s preference over dietary … that when people order naked chicks and breaded chicks, they just throw them all together, which they don’t normally I tell them to do them separately when I order both kinds but my daughter only bought naked chicks for me. 03/03/2024 around 12, the lady passing our food was not giving her attention to us as she was passing our drinks through the window and dropped a drink that got all over our car. Mistakes are going to happen and that is alright. Instead providing good service she closed the window rudely. She then proceeded to start telling everybody in that area that I dropped the drink she was handing to me. She hands us our drink she dropped then our food but does the same thing. Her head is turned around as she is extending the drink/ food. Then immediately closes the window. We noticed at the moment that she did not give us straws so we wait for her to open the window. She has her back turned toward us the entire time so we just wait until finally she opens the window any we are able to ask for straws. Getting home and having my kiddos sit down to eat they let me know that there is no cane sauce or whatever it is called. The experience was beyond frustrating. I really used to enjoy this place but the environment is missing positive attitude and...
