Went to this location multiple times and majority of staff is really Sweet and helpful. But I've noticed the Manager (Vanessa Robles-asked for her name) is RUDE. She doesn't seem to care about her employees so I highly doubt she cares about her customers. She consistently disrespects not only employees but I've heard her talk negative about customers as well. I am usually there on a daily & work in customer service myself so I know what is acceptable and what is not. This is not an OK example for a manager to be setting for her staff. I'm sure this location is very successful especially due to its location but you should really consider getting better managers. Her demeanor and body language seem very COLD & UNWELCOMiNG. Thinking about it, Its hard to remember ever seeing her smile. The staff even mentioned that employees have had to transfer locations because she was so belittling and would try to get in their personal business. Thus making them cry and requesting a transfer. Poor employees, she treats them like they owe her something, she treats them like slaves. Read moreThis location has great customer service and it’s as clean as one should expect it to be, but they are like robots (just less efficient being that no human can compete with a robot) when it comes to logic. You can explain the simplest fact to them and like a robot that’s been programmed they will not budge on something that will not cause any harm to anyone, they just say, “I’m sorry I can’t do that, it’s our policy.” I can bring a reusable cup and get a refill in that same cup, but if I buy a disposable cup for some unreasonable reason they will not use that same cup, they have to get a new one smh. That’s very wasteful and inefficient. Though most, if not all, Starbucks are the same with this policy. Starbucks is usually very efficient and eco friendly. Read moreThis location is in a really odd place and I can see how it would be a pain getting into and out of during the day with traffic. I'm not a regular Starbucks patron but I didn't have any other options at the time so I visited this store. When I arrived there was nobody in the lobby and one car ordering. The store itself was very clean and the employees were pleasant and friendly. I placed an order for a tea and an iced coffee and sat down. 5 minutes after sitting down the tea was ready and around 5 minutes after that my coffee was ready. As I said I'm not a Starbucks regular but nowhere else does it take close to ten minutes for an iced coffee to be made when there is no other customers.
