I just really love the absolute kindness from the manager. My grandson has autism, he is a picky eater and only eats certain foods and have to be made very different than what's on the menu. Manager came outside not knowing why I ordered an item that had to be created. She simply asked how it should be made. I rolled down the back window and explained the reason and she saw my grandson and smiled and asked him how he wanted his order. He told her. she smiled and said she would be right back. We're in drive thru mind you and it was busy. She came back with his order and gave me the price I paid. He was the happiest she said is that how you wanted it. He said yes thank you. Because she treated my grandson with respect and had the patience to make what he wanted. I very much love this location the food is always perfect normally and the service is always great. Just a heads up though be careful about small pieces of bone in your chili and today I ordered the mac and cheeseburger with chili and something was caught in my mouth on my crown of one of my teeth and I dug it out and it was some kind of metal staple looking thing but thinner than a regular staple. So it was kind of disconcerting to have two foreign objects in my meal. I'm just glad I didn't swallow it because I was trying to get the piece of bone out of my mouth when I opened it and noticed something else was in there. I ended up in the ER with severe food poisoning around 30 hours after and they said it was a piece of metal possibly from a steel cleaning scrubber. I had to have x-rays on my stomach and everything. I don't often enjoy this quality of fast food, but they have THE BEST chili, and the best Jalapeno Poppers I've had from anywhere that was not an expensive sit-down. I get their chili in a can, even though it's expensive, because it is addictive. I order the 20 pack of poppers and ranch and that's it normally but their chili dogs are also amazing. They have begun skimping the ranch, though... which is disappointing because I've never had a complaint. But when you pay for 4 additional ranches and they fill them less than halfway full in the little cup its frustrating. It's been happening for months every time now, so I have gone less.
