The remainder of this review was from a prior visit. Today I found 3 of the 4 handicap parking spaces filled by the store's own delivery vehicles. When I mentioned this to the employee, he looked me straight in the eyes and lied by saying he thinks the sticker is inside the car. Also, two chicken sandwich meals to go and not a single French fry. No, I don't want to return so you can fix your error at the expense of my time. And, no, I won't remember to give you a sob story on my next visit. Both issues display poor management. It's a bad look.

I gave Chick-fil-A 4 stars because I really don't care for their food. I think their fried chicken (nuggets or sandwiches) is soggy. I just don't like it. They do have 1 salad that I eat occasionally, the Spicy SW Chicken Salad - it's pretty good. But, my kids swear by their nuggets and sandwiches and I just prefer at least a little crunch.
That said, this place is an awesome place to be a customer. Their to-go lines are always efficiently manned, and our orders are always impeccably filled without errors. Their staff is ALWAYS friendly and willing to do anything possible to make your visit successful. Their to-go lines are a thing of beauty when they're popping on all cylinders.
So, 4 stars because everything there is always perfect, but not 5 because I don't actually like the food. I prefer the Wendy's (Spicy) Chicken Sandwich because it's crispy coated but moist and tender inside. But, I digress. The Chick-fil-A operation is truly a thing of beauty to behold, and I continue eating there (for the kids) despite this one-person's-opinion of...
Read moreSaturday I ordered on the Chick-fil-A app, treating my sister and her husband a lunch while their stay at the hospital. Got the food delivered. The driver got to the drop off location 1 & 1/2 hours later after the arrival time. Every time I called to see what the hold up was. A team member answered and would inform me “the driver should be arriving anytime” EACH TIME I CALLED. When the food arrived, the food was COLD. Soggy crumbs of broken waffle fries. Drinks were watered down. I called back and asked to speak with a manager to let them know the issue. & told him I wanted my refund. Not in food either! That’s when he told me that he couldn’t do that at that time I would have to wait for Megan on TUESDAY to get my refund. Which I did. I called Tuesday and she wasn’t able to get to the phone at the time. By the time I get off work & I called back she was gone! And won’t return back to work until Thursday! So that’s when I asked to speak to someone HIGHER than Megan bc I obviously wasn’t going anywhere. I then was directed to speak with Nathan. Nathan was supposed to return my call for two days now. & every time I calls it’s either messages with he said she said type of thing. I’ve YET been able to speak with someone for my refund Being “Chick-fil-A” I’ve NEVER had to go through this until NOW @ THIS location! It’s getting to the point I’ll have to go in person and act like one of those ‘customers’ to get my money back! What pisses me off more; I tipped...
Read moreI don't really dine in but when i do, I pay attention to my surroundings, that includes the staff, today I witnessed the most horrible I'm better than you attitude! looking on someone like they are trash. I was really heart broken to see a manager act this way and I hope when you go there look and pay attention to everything to goes on. Most of us ignore it or pretend it didn't happen, but not me. A man asked for the manager on duty he inquired about job, as he was speaking to her she just walked away, he asked if you could get something sweet he was diabetic and didn't have any money and wasn't feeling well she ignored him like he didn't exist he sat down called his wife after I heard the conversation I realized she doesn't know his situation. So I bought him breakfast got him a strawberry jelly to up his sugar her attitude was like oh him. I said you can take it to him. I can't believe this child is a manager I believe her name was Lauresha or something like that. Manager are supposedly customer service experts, customer service is something they need and need to teach their subordinates. I'm a manager at a retail store I'm very saddened being diabetic is no joke and should not be taken lightly, whether he is down in his luck, homeless, or what ever the case we all live here people and a jelly pack is nothing. Avoid this place they don't practice...
