I don’t know what situation of them all made me hate this location more. The employee Brianna in the front register was terrible she was rude , and sassy. They have nothing posted about a new ID policy for vertical IDs so instead of her being able to explain that policy she just said she refused to take them or that she needed two forms of identification. So my friend gave hers since it’s horizontal she took it , just looked at and gave it back we asked why did you not swipe that ID and Brianna decided to respond with “ its my ID I can do what I want with it” as having a job focused on customer services you don’t respond to a customer that way. Not only that when we asked to speak to a manager we looked to the back of the restaurant and saw and employee drop a pizza on the floor. She started laughing picked up the pizza and put it back on the rack! The manager was pretty polite , still didn’t know how to explain the policy change, but he did apologize for his horrible employee. That’s the only reason they have one star, and also for the fact that google makes me pick a star. Now don’t get me started on the restrooms, I’d rather go to the restroom at the rodeo than the restrooms here and almost every table was dirty , now I get it they are busy but you should expect to be busy on a Friday night especially with graduations going on. Read moreTo start I have been ordering PPP since childhood and each time I ate a piece I am taken back. This is starting to fade out. I have ordered twice from this same location in the last month and I had the same issue both times. I specifically order well done, light sauce, and square cut. Both times I received my pizza under cooked, full of sauce, and pie cut. Each time I speak to the on staff manager Mauricio Montenegro I am given the same response. I apologize for the inconvenience and that we missed this simple request, I will advise my staff. I am not offered any type of compensation yet I’m always provided a rebuttal. It seems as if the managers have no care in the world about their customers. I’m starting to think that the company is going to be like McDonald’s, regardless you’re welcome back.

Once again Peter Piper Pizza has failed me. I asked for well done, light sauce. I got under done and extra sauce. I know it is busy yet is takes 5 seconds to re read special order instructions. There is nothing that can be done to rectify the issue because PPP has adapted the McD theory “you can mess up, they’ll vent, they’ll be back”....
