As you may know this particular McDonald’s serves breakfast all day. My 11-year-old Prefers the bacon egg and cheese biscuit from McDonald’s for breakfast on the weekends. Because a lot of times it’s after 1030 AM. So the biscuits they serve have been sitting under a lamp getting hard, so when I complained that the biscuits were hard the manager Rebecca adversely aggravated by my complaint said “we don’t make fresh breakfast this time of the day” Mind you on the menu it says breakfast all day. I asked for her name which she refused to give me, then I asked for the corporate number, she also refused to give to me and then slid the window closed and walked away. This occurrence happened about three weeks ago. Since then I have learned that if you’re ordering food that you want to be made fresh, when ordering ask that it be“ made to order“ if the cashier puts it in correctly it will see it on the screen. This means they will make whatever you’re requesting from scratch fresh. Last Saturday I went into order my usual bacon egg and cheese biscuit and in the drive-through I also requested that it be “made to order” when I got to the window to pick up my order I am mediately felt the biscuits and they were hard as a rock. My favorite manager Rebecca was there waiting for me, I told her the biscuits were hard and that I had ordered them. “made to order” her response was that we’re not making fresh breakfast and as a matter of fact we’re not serving any more breakfast today because of this order. Then she told me I wasn’t welcome on the property anymore. When she slammed the window in my face I just drove off thinking that on Monday morning I will come here and get my refund. I showed up Monday morning after I took my kids to school and in the speaker I said I’m here for a refund, the lady said we don’t give the refund . I said I’ll be up there to take care of it in a minute. When I arrived at the window I handed them the bag along with the receipt and said I would like a refund, the worker turned to her manager Rebecca and Rebecca said we’re not giving you a refund . I said I’m not leaving The drive-through until I get my refund. Rebecca said “call the police”. When the police arrived they listen to what I had to say and then they went in to speak to The manager Rebecca, they came back out with my refund. This could’ve been handled appropriately by just giving me a refund and trying to do better the next time. Rebecca could have chose to say many appropriate things like, can I refund your money and make you something else? Or I’m sorry about the biscuits, whatever. She had a horrible horrible attitude and has no business waiting on the customers, I am a business owner myself and know that it is very hard to get good people that care about what they’re doing And taking care of customers in the best interest of the owner. If Rebecca worked for me, I would fire her on the spot. The picture posted is not the manager Rebecca, this is the worker that Rebecca was standing behind telling to...

The biggest issue I had was the service I received when I came to pick up my order. Carlos was working the front counter when I came to pick up my order. Among other items, my order included a large drink. Historically, every time Ive order a drink, they present me with an empty drink cup next to my bag for me to fill up. Keep in mind, I order from this locations 2-3 times a week so i’m familiar with how the pick up process works when I place a mobile order. But this time they decided to put my drink in my bag and then sealed the bag like it’s a DoorDash order or something. I was unaware my drink was in my bag so I asked the front counter employee “Carlos” if I could have a drink cup, he said no everything is in the bag. I said okay, Is it just an empty cup or is there sweet tea in there? Carlos replied with everything is in the bag. I said, okay I understand that, but the bag is sealed I’m trying to find out if the cup is filled or not. Carlos replies again with everything is in the bag. I respond with I understand that, but you’re not answering my question. Carlos got frustrated with me because there were people waiting in line behind me and decided to belittle me in a rude tone by asking if I speak English? Then continue to say we speak the same language right, what don’t you understand. Completely humiliated and frustrated by the situation, I walked away and decided to open my bag to see if my drink was in there. I did have my drink in my bag, but when I got back to work I realize I was never given a straw so I guess everything wasn’t in my bag… I work across the street, and have never had an experience like this. Traditionally, every experience I’ve had at this locations has been very friendly and positive but after today I will never step foot in that location again. Carlos shouldn’t be allowed to work any customer facing position when clearly he’s not trying to help any customers instead he is trying to start conflict with them. Any other customer service representative in his position would’ve just told me I had a filled drink in my bag and that would be the end of it. I would have left a...
Read moreOrdered a curbside pickup of only 2 burgers and 2 drinks, waited for about 20 minutes in the spot and no one even came to give me an order status. After waiting this long, I went into the store just too check on my order, and they said it was still being prepared. Once im back out too my car, I wait another 7 or so minutes before a rather disgruntled employee hands me my food and only one of the drinks I ordered. When I kindly asked where the milkshake was, she snapped back that the ice cream machine was broken. I then asked if i would be getting a refund for not getting the drink and she just said "I dont know" and started to walk away, so I quickly and kindly asked her for a receipt so I can see, and she just rolls her eyes at me. After waiting another 5 minutes for a receipt, I walked back into the store too ask for a refund, only too hear the same woman complaining about me too another staff member for being upset that I didnt get something that was "only $5". Once I got her attention and asked for a refund, she responded, again, that the ice cream machine is broken and then just turns around. I didnt ask if the ice cream machine was broken, I asked for a receipt! Finally someone else come too help me and i explain my issue only to be told i cant be refunded and have to take nothing or a replacement. On top of this, by the time im done dealing with this, my food is cold and i realize they gave me the wrong burger, and at this point I just couldn't be bothered since apparently im the one making their days worse simply for asking for the drink I...
