Was there November 2023 Mel Valentine Visiter center. Only wants to tell you about the free  bus. The local get on the bus (the local around there are homeless and asking for money in some area. ) Doesn't want to talk about anything but the free bus service. Doesn't answer questions about anything else and give us a weird look told he said he would have to lie to us. If answers about other things. Stick his tongue out my mom weird we had to get out there. Could talk your ear off if it's what he wants to talk about. Couldn't look at anything he was following us so we just left (he also was telling us how to buy a car coming we were there to get info he wasn't helpful. For others looking to tour the ships and submarine there is a little Information center for them very helpful just go there. Do have a bathroom there good luck getting to use it . Inner Harbor is one of Baltimore’s most iconic and scenic waterfront destinations. Whether visiting with family or exploring solo, the area offers a great mix of history, culture, and entertainment. You can enjoy attractions like the National Aquarium, historic ships, and museums, or take a relaxing walk along the promenade. The Baltimore Visitor Center is fantastic! The building is beautifully designed, with a cozy heated interior and stunning views of the harbor—perfect for a quick stop to relax and plan your day. They even have courtesy WiFi. The staff is incredibly helpful, and Cynthia was outstanding! She provided excellent tips on the best places to visit and eat in the area, making our trip even more enjoyable. If you’re in Baltimore, I highly recommend checking them out. It’s the perfect starting point to explore the city!

Not very informative, but nice looking building, clean bathrooms, friendly people, charging station. They have cancellation stamps for National Park Passport fans. Parking is difficult if you try to drive here but when walking from harbor east around the inner harbor it’s a nice place to stop before you turn around and head back.
