I recently visited the establishment and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with a staff member working the bottom bar. While ordering a drink, I politely mentioned that the tonic on the soda gun seemed flat and may need to be replaced. Rather than receiving a courteous response, she aggressively shouted, “I think I know how to do my job, thanks!”

I was taken aback by this unprovoked hostility, as my intention was simply to point out a possible issue with the drink quality. I believe that customer service is integral to the dining experience, and this kind of behavior is entirely unprofessional and detracts from what should have been an enjoyable evening.

I understand that staff may have busy or stressful shifts, but that should never excuse rude or dismissive behavior towards patrons. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope management can address this to prevent...

This place was awesome.

The interior had more of a fest tent feeling than a Gasthaus. There’s a ping pong table that gets played on and a bunch of TVs showing the game.

I didn’t go on a match day, but I hope to.

The food was good. I went with a buddy and we had several dishes, but our favorite was the Schnitzel Fingers. I’ve never had Schnitzel with curry in it, but these were amazing.

The Bratwurst was excellent. I wish they had Brotchen, but the bun was fine and held the toppings easier.

The Trier spice on the chicken wings was really tasty and a good alternative to the Old Bay wings that everyone (including this place) has on their menu.

The fries are cross cut rather than the Pommes Frites I was hoping for. They were fine and definitely not a deal breaker.

We both had Warsteiner Dunkle and weren’t disappointed. It’s not a top shelf beer by any means but it was great...

Brad was an exceptional bartender! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel right at home. His knowledge of the drink menu was impressive, and he even recommended a few cocktails I’d never tried before, which turned out to be amazing! Brad’s attentive without being overbearing, and he has a great sense of humor that adds to the whole vibe of the place.
