We were trying to find a decent place to eat in the Inner Harbor with little luck when we found Mo's. It's not quite in the Inner Harbor proper but a short walk away. It's pretty unassuming and you honestly wouldn't think much of it from the façade. We were seated quickly and given two menus. One standard and one with specials that had photos. I figured I'd get the crab trio since we were in Baltimore, my husband had the tilapia. OMG. If you order the crab trio, come prepared with a large appetite. I kinda wish they had given me a head's up honestly that it would be too much for one person. There were two large clusters of crab legs, one softball size crab cake, and an equally sized crab Florentine. I wasn't expecting the sheer amount of crab, even though this was shown on the aforementioned photo menu. I guess I'm just used to getting smaller crab cakes. There wasn't a lot of filler and you got a lot of lump crab meat. Flavor on both the crab cake and Florentine was delicious. I can't recall having Florentine in the past and I really loved it. Price was very reasonable for the amount of food. I only wish they had provided some wet-naps or a finger bowl because cracking those crab legs was just messy. They have only one shared restroom so be prepared to wait if you have to clean up all the crabby Old Bay from your hands. :) The tilapia was great, also a hefty portion with good flavors. There were two large filets on a well seasoned bed of potatoes. The fries on the side were also on point. Definitely will visit again when we're in the area.

In town for a Birthday and we wanted some of that famous Baltimore Seafood. We decided to hit up Mo's seafood. Guess what, they have a shuttle that picked us up from the hotel. How cool is that?? Get to the restaurant and we are immediately seated upstairs. The decor is dated and not fancy. The wait staff really made the place stand out. Christina immediately bonded with my daughter and made her Birthday dinner extremely special. THANK YOU!! Our server Chiheb, was very knowledgeable about the menu and the portion sizes, flavors and anything else we questioned. He was also really attentive to our needs and our cups never ran empty. The food was pretty good all around. I got the Blackened Grilled Chicken Alfredo (I'm not a seafood person) and that Alfredo was some of the best I've ever had. The Blackend seasoning on the Chicken wasn't my fav, but that pasta was niiiiiice. My wife got the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake (shes the seafood lover in the group) with Shrimp. She LOVED it. But warning.... IT IS A LOT OF FOOD!!! She also got her shrimp Blackened and enjoyed it. I did NOT like the fact that they charge an additional $3.50 each to have the chicken AND the shrimp blackened. I just didn't see the need to charge for that. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

*First time in Baltimore. Found it interesting that they are Open 365 days. 📆 We drove to Baltimore for a day trip while attending a conference in Gettysburg. Our missionl was to have crab cakes and crab legs in the area. We received a recommendation for Mo's from a local resident. We visited on a Thursday evening around 7:30pm and found street parking next to the front door. There was a security guard front who was polite and friendly. There was no line or wait and we were seated on the first floor. (There is also an upstairs dining area). Our server - Melissa - was very attentive and friendly. She provided helpful recommendations for an enjoyable dining experience. The Imperial plate comes with a crab cake, snow crab legs, and we opted for scallops as an accompaniment. The side selected was cole slaw. The other meal was snow crabs and a side of roasted potatoes. Neither side item (slaw or potatoes) was appetizing. For the price, the portion sizes are right on. The crab cake was jumbo and delicious! The snow crabs had the old bay seasoning plastered on the outside (which makes it taste salty). Otherwise the meal was good and we were glad we visited. Desserts are available and (The tip is automatically added to the check).

We were hoping to find crab in the hardshell to eat, but being new to the Inner Harbor, we didn't know where to go. Mo's has a shuttle from Hyatt to the restaurant, so we took advantage of it. The driver had a cheerful disposition and respectful. Once inside, the hostess seared us promptly and took our drink orders. Took a while trying to decide what to order as I am not a huge crab fan but do enjoy lobster and shrimp. I ended up ordering the lobster bowl and my wife the crab bowl. My granddaughters aren't seafood eaters but did enjoy a cheeseburger (plain) and spaghetti. It took probably 30-45 minutes for the food to arrive. But once the entrees arrive, oh my goodness, it looked amazing. Both bowls were large portions and stuffed with crab, shrimp. My lobster tail was intact and quite tasty as well. We were unable to eat even 1/2 of our meal, so we boxed it up to eat the next day. 100% satisfied with Mo's, and when back in Baltimore, hopefully for the World Series, we'll be back. Go O's!!!

Great casual place with super friendly staff! My son ate a whole serving of mashed potatoes. Both my kids were happy to have Mac n cheese as their entree. My son, my daughter, my husband and I all fought over the hush puppies and whatever awesome sauce they’re served with. All of our entrees were bigger than we expected. My father in law was happy with his large serving of scallops. My husband LOVED the crab cake (apparently the Alfredo was only fine). My filet was the largest and weirdest shape I’ve ever seen. I think it was more of a medium than the requested medium rare. However, the inside was juicy and outside was charred and crispy. The fries needed the old bay seasoning, so I was happy to sprinkle that on top. Super easy place with the kids which was much appreciated. The only “complaint” is that we were seated upstairs and there was no elevator which can be challenging with a stroller. Otherwise we were very happy!

Let me tell you about this dining experience that was like church and a comedy show rolled into one! Our server broke down that menu like he was preachin' a sermon on the Book of Culinary Genesis, okay? I felt like I was in Sunday School learnin' about the holy sacrament of seafood! Now, this 'bowling ball' of seafood and crab that graced our table? Child, I was flabber-GAGGED! I'm talkin' a straight-up culinary miracle! The crab dip? Top tier, like the Beyoncé of appetizers. And that stuffed lobster? Honey, it was singin' hymns to my soul! And Hallelujah, it's soft crab shell season. I didn't partake in the holy water—by that, I mean alcohol—but my friends? They were sippin' and smilin', amen to that. I'm already plannin' my next pilgrimage to this food temple, 'cause there are some more menu scriptures I need to explore. Can I get an amen? 🙏
