This was the worse, and I mean the worst experience that I've ever had at a Marshalls. I bought a Dress there and I returned the dress and because the tag at come off I pinned the tag back on the dress I had to return. And the cashier refused my return saying that the numbers and their system didn't match my ticket. I appeal to the customer service manager and she told me the same thing. I didn't ask to speak with a store manager. I believe her name was Teresa and she came up with the same explanation. Because the gun that they were using came up saying something else they were refusing to refund my garment. There were two more identical dresses on the rack. My girlfriend had to go get one of those dresses and tell them to match the ticket on those dresses with the ticket that I was bringing back for my dress. Well, what do you know they matched. So then they accepted my refund. I had to have my friend go and get a dress to match the ticket. Why couldn't I have been extended the courtesy of the staff they're doing the same thing? Their system that they use with their gun to price things was wrong....... Not me. I will never and I mean never go back to this Marshalls again if I am in the Baltimore area and will encourage others not to go as well. They are the pits and customer service the worst...

I’d love to give a shout out to General Manager, Trisha Williams and the staff at the Pratt Street Marshalls.! Not only is this location the friendliest; it’s clean, welcoming and filled with amazing picks! Aside from that, I’ve got a little story that holds true to the genuineness of Trisha. My friends and I were visiting from MI last week and stopped in very close to their closing time. The staff was diligently preparing for the days end and the store was fairly busy. In a very short time, I had misplaced my purse. After looking ourselves, we told Trisha and she and her staff immediately added this search to their busy evening priorities. Needless to say, my panic had set in. She assured us they would continue looking and would call us with an outcome. Fifteen minutes later, my friend got her call, it was found. Upon returning, I was met with her warm, heartfelt smile and a huge hug. We saw/did many things on our Baltimore vacation but this encounter by far will stay in my heart. The time that Trisha and her staff invested in this meant so much. I hope that Marshall’s can recognize them and be proud of her their character. They truly represented themselves with integrity as well...

Store is decently stocked. Customer service could improve. Restrooms were out of order which I find it very difficult to comprehend. In my opinion if you restrooms are out of order then store should be close and your employees paid for the days your restroom is non functional. If Manager fails to provide a decent environment for employees to work then close your store. There no reason for the inconvenience for customers and employees to go through this Non sense, No excuses!. I strongly believe this is USA not a foreign country. We the American people shouldn’t put out with this type of behavior . How do you expect customers to be without a restroom and what about employees. Never going back to this location again. Sad to see how these companies continue to push the line. Hopefully one day they will remember you are in business because of your customers and you are open because your employees show up to work. You continue to take people for granted while your wallet gets filled at the expenses and sacrifices of The People don’t forget that. This store lost my business forever I refuse to consume from a facility that can’t recognize who helps them to stay...

I recently visited the Marshall's outlet in Baltimore located at good location in front of Aquarium. While I'm quite familiar with other locations in NY and NJ—which we visit often—this one didn't offer anything particularly new or different. The merchandise was well-arranged, and there was a good selection available. However, the restroom situation was very disappointing. It was closed to customers and apparently only available for staff use, which is a policy I’ve never encountered at any other store and found quite frustrating. Additionally, the store is located on the second floor, and the elevator had an unpleasant odor. Because of that, I opted for the escalator, which was inconvenient since I had to carry a folded stroller. Parking is also a challenge in the area, so for a more stress-free experience, I recommend using a garage if possible.

I came to here while on a staycation with one of my besties. We decided to do a little afternoon retail therapy. The first thing I want to say is that the store was immaculate. Everything was in its proper place and the selection was very good. They have lots to choose from. They had a really nice selection of furniture and offered a few Hello kitty pieces from Impressions. The furniture was in good condition and not damaged like most Marshall furniture. I was able to get a great deal on some vitamins and even got my grand kids and grand doggies some Easter items. Over all I will say this was a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and the store was very organized. My only wish was that I had away to bring more items back the NY

I came into this store at around 3 PM to buy curly hair conditioner. There was an employee rearranging the area and told me that I couldn't shop in that area until she was done rearranging. So I came back 10 min BEFORE store was closed and the doors were locked BEFORE THE STORE CLOSED. All I needed was some curly hair conditioner. 2 minutes to get what i needed and this specific location couldn't help me. Employees sat in the store and watched me until closing time. Then at 8:01PM a security guard came outside and asked me to leave and told me they closed half an hour ago, which would be 7:30pm on Mon. I've attached their posed hours which say they close at 8pm
