Read moreBought tickets in advance and this was the last ship on the list before the lighthouse. Guy in charge of validating the tickets (name tag : Heart) kept chatting/asking trivia questions with the group ahead of us. After waiting for 5 minutes in the heat, we saw some people skipping the counter and proceeded with tour which we ended up doing. When we headed back towards the front exit, the guy in front started lecturing us about how we should've waited for him to finish. While sure, while we might be in the wrong, but you saw us waiting and didn't say anything when we left the queue. Also, it was approaching 3:30pm and we wanted to visit the lighthouse that closes at 4:30.
Some advice, you can still use your hands to validate tickets while chatting.
Side note, the people working the other 3 ships were wonderful and attentive. Stamped the passes quickly and gave us safety instructions on how to go...
Read moreThis ship was so cool! It was the first ship that I toured for the day and I’ve never been on a historical ship prior to this. There are so many levels and so many things to see on the ship. I highly recommend you make this your first stop and then visit the other three.
I bought the day pass for $22 online and I highly recommend that you buy tickets in advance so that it shortens the wait time. I went on a Friday in the afternoon and I was one of two people to tour the ship at this time before you enter the ship, there is a small gift shop where you can buy things. The attendant is very kind and informative . I highly highly recommend.
