I went to Pickles Pub before an Orioles game while visiting Baltimore, and it was a great experience. For starters, all of the servers were very friendly and helpful. Menus were on a QR code, and you ordered on your phone and paid prior to getting the food, which was convenient but may be off-putting for some people. The atmosphere was also very nice. There was good music playing, there were multiple different sports channels on, and everyone was friendly. Outside, people could stand and have drinks in a roped-off area of the street if they weren't ordering any food, but the food there was great. Big portions for reasonable prices, and delicious as well. Definitely enough to leave you full and satisfied throughout the game. It is also great location-wise, being directly next to a Hampton Inn for visitors and right across the street from Orioles Park. I would definitely recommend if you are going to a game or just want some good food with a good atmosphere.

In town for the mid-atlantic nursery trade show - mants held at the convention center. After a long drive from Ohio and checking into a close by hotel we had to check out Pickles pub. What a cute business name! We got there around 8 pm and enjoyed a local beer ( Pickles ooggy waga Pale Ale) , chicken wings and fried pickles. GREAT Service.. they were super friendly and great at recommending favorites of their customers. Go local beer... the one I picked was super bold with flavor and went crest with the Baltimore wings. The wings came with carrots , celery and favorite dipping sauce. The fried pickles were yum - whole slice of pickle in a tasty batter. I gave this pub a 4 just because it seemed a little too dark. I know it’s a pub or bar but there was a group that sat across from us who was using super bad language.. I know it’s a pub but that just seemed too much. 😵. I would go back .. beer and food was great!

June 12, 2022, Paul McCartney came to Camden Yards for his 1st performance here in 58 years! To say Baltimore was happy with commerce is an understatement. I bought tickets for my family months ago. Ended up breaking my ankle in the interim. Pleading for assistance as a handicap at Camden Yards was the worst customer experience of my life! Unacceptable!! In any event, I wrote an email to Pickles(with my sob story) to help give us dinner before the show (reservations not taken on event days). Pickles immediately responded and took care of us! As a mater of fact we were late because of my present handicap, Pickles received us, fed us and got us out the door happily on time! Food was great; on-site service was wonderful…Orioles should take lessons from Pickles. Super thankful for being compassionate with our family on that day! Can’t recommend Pickles higher!

Worst Customer Service EVER.

This is the first ever review I have left on a place but after not being contacted or even acknowledged by management here’s why I’ve resorted to this.

My significant other talked highly of a previous experience he had there so we decided to go after the Ravens game last night.

No one acknowledged us once we sat down we waited just over half an hour for service. We spoke with another couple sitting next to us who like us also had been waiting (longer than us) and had not been acknowledged.

My significant other stood up and went to find the first server he could, the server he saw was carrying drinks just in front of him on a tray. He addressed her and as she turned she spilled all of her drinks. He then asked her when we could receive some service and she said no one without menus would be served. He went to the host stand asked for four menus and came back to the table. Not more than two minutes later SECURITY approached us and tells us we have to leave. Meanwhile the server walked up to the other couple and told them my significant other spilled the drinks on her (which was a lie) so I approached her to try and get some clarity asked her if she was aware it was an accident (even though he had no fault) she proceeded to step up to me basically yell in my face that he was standing too close to her and then she walked away. The couple next to us defended us (they had a view of what happened) and security refused to let us stay so we asked for a manager. No one ever came to explain why we were kicked out. As we walked out (as to not cause any further altercations) I happen to state “Worst customer service ever” where I was met with MANY people standing outside the bar who retorted in agreement.

Today we called, we left a message on their social media page and no one answered.

This bar wasn’t properly prepared with the stash and organization they needed for a big night like last night after the game. They were unprofessional, disrespectful and unjust. We had MUCH better service at the...

My recent visit to Pickles Pub was nothing short of a fantastic experience, solidifying its reputation as a must-visit spot, especially if you're in the vicinity of Camden Yards. The atmosphere was exactly what you'd expect from a great pub – lively, welcoming, and buzzing with energy, perfect for catching a game or just enjoying a casual meal with friends. I opted for the Honey BBQ wings and a side of fries, and both exceeded my expectations. The wings were cooked to perfection, they were crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and generously coated in a delicious, sticky honey BBQ sauce that struck the ideal balance between sweet and tangy. They were easily some of the best wings I've had in a long time. The fries were also excellent: golden brown, perfectly salted, and with that satisfying crispness you crave. It was clear that the kitchen takes pride in its pub fare, elevating classic dishes to a higher standard. Beyond the delicious food, the service truly stood out. Our server was incredibly attentive, checking in on us regularly without being overbearing. They were quick to refill drinks, clear empty plates, and ensure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Despite the bustling environment, they managed to make us feel like we were their top priority, which is a testament to their professionalism and dedication. This level of service really enhanced our overall enjoyment of the meal. In conclusion, Pickles Pub is a winner. The combination of excellent food, particularly those standout Honey BBQ wings and perfectly cooked fries, paired with genuinely attentive service, makes it a top recommendation. Whether you're looking for a pre-game bite or just a solid pub experience, Pickles Pub delivers. I'm already planning...

Our experience at pickles was PHENOMENAL!!! From the moment we walked up so our father could use the bathroom, Morgan the host working told my sister that there was only one table left outside and she hurried up and grabbed the table and then proceeded to direct our Dad to where the restrooms were located. I was Parking the car because we were going to watch the Orioles play (6/21/21) and when I arrived my sister couldn’t stop talking about how great the service was ( we both are in restaurant management she has 10yrs in and I have over 20yrs in)!! It is hard to impress us and we WERE MORE THAN IMPRESSED 🤩 !! Alex was our server and he was so amazing, funny, and VERY attentive as well as knowledgeable. We ordered Honey Old Bay Wings that were cooked to perfection that the busser (Shay) delivered to us 🤩. Almost immediately after we were finished eating the wings Shay was there to ask us how the wings were and bussed our table for us which is when we asked to speak to a manager only if they weren’t too busy at that moment. Shay said “ Sure No problem, so s everything ok?” We told her everything was more than OK !!! So a couple minutes later Keyona(the manager on Duty) came over to check and see what we needed, to find the ur that we had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT AWESOME THINGS TO TELL HER !!! And she DEFINITELY appreciated to hear the feedback especially because people call a manager over to complain majority of the time. Also want to add that this was the ur very first time going to PICKLES and we will definitely be returning even if we are not going to watch the Orioles play we would like to go back just because we had such a great experience!! Keep up the AMAZING WORK … you guys have a...
