Shark's Fish Chicken & Seafood — Restaurant in Baltimore

Stopped in to pick-up lunch for my hubby and I around 11:15 am on Monday, January 23, 2023. I was hesitant about stopping in because there were young men hanging around the front door of the business. But I decided to go in anyway because lunchtime was approaching quickly and I was hungry. The person who took my order was on his phone, looking at tv, and trying to take my order at the same time. He was rude and had no sense of urgency. After placing my order, I waited about 20 minutes, meanwhile the same young men were in and out of the establishment lighting blunts and having phone conversations and they hadn't ordered anything. Finally, the person handed me my food without even saying, thank you, enjoy, come again or something. Then by the time I got home and we began eating.... THE FOOD WAS AWFUL! I bought a 4 piece Whiting meal with fries and grilled Salmon with Cajun rice, which was absolutely horrible 😫. I've ordered Snow Crabs, Frog legs, and Shrimp from this place approximately four years ago and everything was GREAT. But today, the SERVICE and FOOD was TERRIBLE. I don't think I'll be going...

Went here today to get 2 Cheesesteak SubsThe food was horribleI got two Cheesesteak meals with fries and sodaThe fountain soda machine was nasty and disgusting needed to be cleaned. My food was cold. instead of giving me cheesesteak meat They gave me hamburger. Meat instead. I paid 30 bucks for two cheesesteak meals And they gave me to chopped cheese steaks instead. I know the difference Between Cheesesteak and hamburger meat. I did not want to finish eating it it was disgusting I didn't even want to give it to my dog. I will never go here again. I hope my wife and I dont get sick tonight I also noticed that they Fry there chicken wings before hand and when you order they re drop them again. Don't eat from this place if you do you are rolling the dice on...

My husband and I went here on Tonight. They were not busy 2 people were waiting for there food. My husband ordered 4 wings and cajun rice. Which he said the wings had no seasoning and were hard. The rice was mildly seasoned. I ordered the 3 piece whiting and fries. The whiting was bland and one of the pieces needed to cook longer. The fries were very hard which let me know they were old. I would have taken it back for a refund. But we were already home and we don't live that close to the restaurant. I called to inform the manager about the food. He was not very nice about it. And made several excuses. As to why the the fries were not hard or old. This was my 1st time there and my last time! The lesson I learned was to check my order...
