Unfriendly service. I just gave you $26 for two drinks and not a thanks, a hello, or anything. Sullen Attitude. If you don’t enjoy running this business or being customer friendly or providing good service then shut this business down and do something else. 😡
Update: I appreciate the owner responding to my review. I always go out of my way to give my business to the small businesses in town. Corporate owned versus small business? Small business always my favorite. It was unfortunate that day we were there at your store.
We enter the store and not a hello at all or a smile. The menu was very extensive with a lot of options and was frankly confusing. But it was okay we could deal with it. Our first issue was this and I was not even mad but perplexed with the clerk's nonchalant attitude. I ordered a drink with certain flavorings and requested for only 30% ice. The clerk simply blurted "it's a slush". I didn't get it and got even more confused and then selected another drink and ran into a similar issue. Little did I realize that "duh, slush is iced drink anyway".
No, we had a long day visiting the city and were not and tired. We wanted a bubble tea but again, the menu was confusing. We wanted a bubble tea with 30% ice. But your clerk's curt responses without being helpful was making the whole experience bad.
She could have stated..."this is a slush drink which is made of ice so we cannot really reduce the ice in it to 30%. Are you sure you wanted this drink or something else?". She could have started a dialogue and a conversation.
Now in the process she rang up 3 drinks and made 3 drinks when there were only two of us there. Alarms bells should have rung with the clerk. "Why three drinks when only two are here? These guys must be confused. Let me start again, ask questions and make sure I got this correct."

Read moreone of the worst bobas ive had in a while. boba: -peach splash extremely sweet, obviously made with powder because the powder is barely diluted in, generally pretty bad. -oolong milk tea was ok, but pretty basic. the red beans carried the whole drink
service: -absolutely vile service. the woman taking our order was extremely irritating— and for a person taking our boba order for 2 minutes this kind of negative energy and behaviour definitely wasn’t necessary. ruined our day, and the kind of worker that makes you question why you even leave a tip. -also maybe this is biased due to us usually taking boba in europe and asia, but staff wore absolutely no hygiene equipments like gloves or face masks which is kinda gross…
atmosphere: -atmosphere was cute, but super loud. for some reason they thought it’d be a good idea to blast some sort of documentary on prisoners from a TV which no one was watching anyways…

Unfortunately this last time we went to get the usual tea and there were two people smoking outside. When we walked in, there was no one to take our order, a few minutes later the people that were outside smoking went in, took our order and prepared the tea without washing their hands. We asked for the passion fruit yogurt tea without ice, as we noticed they didn't wash their hands (that had touched their mouths and cigarettes) and the ice scoop handle touched all the ice in there. She did put ice in the drink and when we told her that we had asked for no ice she made a fuzz about it and just poured plain tea and sent us on our way. We ended up not getting what we paid for.
I never leave bad reviews but I feel like this goes beyond the quality of the drinks going down, it was the fact that they didn't wash their hands, didn't even apologize for the mistake, AND gave us something different than what we paid for.
