Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bangor

Just strange . That's all I have to say . I needed a coffee big time before my daughters doctors appointment . She got a strawberry colata . We sat down and hers was so sour . Not knowing what it was suppose to taste like we tried putting sugar packets in it . After 8 sugar packets and it was still so sour we decided that it wasn't going to be any better we decided to launch a complaint and she was going to get a frozen hot chocolate instead . The girl at the register says "oh it should have been sweet , maybe the sugar thing wasn't working" and I walked away . She charged me for the hot chocolate and scooted us over to the pick up area . No talk of a refund for the mistake or offer for a remake or anything . Just a throw away $5 drink . It was just strange the way she acted . It was bizarre . My husband and stepdad and mom and I go almost daily as we're all retired and live together. My husband and dads favorite 2coffee and I get Hot Chai tea and mom= Hot chocolate. And breakfast sandwiches for all. ..in Madison ME. and if out for day we may stop at others for fill ups We've done this since March 2021 but Mom is Refusing to ever go back after asking 5times for crispy bacon and getting it LITERALLY NOT COOKED!! DANGER! HELLO!! hot cocoa on 4 different occasions had Lil IF ANY chocolate in it, tasted like cup of hot water with nothing in it and was translucent!!! And we all tried it thinking she must be loosing it..4x?... But no it WAS MOSTLY WATER NO FLAVOR!!? SO ITS NOT 1 PERSON OR 1 OR 2 OCCASIONS.... WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT STORE EMPLOYEES? We've NEVER had that dissatisfaction at other locations and the employees elsewhere were NOT RUDE if we ever did...

Every. Single. Time I order from here there is something wrong. Why do I keep ordering from here you ask? DD automatically gives me this one when I order from work. I can’t choose a different location or I would. They totally didn’t give me my hot chocolate with espresso, the messed up my friends coffee, my other friends energy punch, and the donuts on the order. As someone that works at a restaurant.. I expect better. I expect my staff to look at their tickets and make the food correctly. This is wild to me. Now I have to leave work to go pick up my hot chocolate because God forbid I was able to get a refund. I won’t be Door dashing Dunkin anymore because it’ll being me to this store and I won’t be going back to...
