McDonald's — Restaurant in Bangor

Novenber 12, 2020 - This evening around 6pm I sroped at the McDonalds on Hogan Road in Bangor. I was out doing some shopping and thought I get a quick meal. I ordered a special ordered Big Mac with only special sauce and cheese and waited at the drive though window for it to be repaired. When my food finally come it was made minus the cheese which I had specified should be on it. Because the order was made incorrectly I went into the restuarant to have my burger made correctly. I was met by an extremely rude and obnoxious woman who offered me a piece of cheese that I could put on my Big Mac! WOW, no apology, no customer service skills what so ever. I said I had specifically asked for a Big Mac with special sauce and cheese only and that's what I would like so I want a Big Mac made the way I ordered it. She had the audacity to tell me she didn't like my attitude and I could leave! I informed her I would be calling her District Manager and she finally decided it would be best to make me another Big Mac, this one came with everything on it, not the way I had ordered it. This not exceptiable by any means! I will be calling her district manager in the morning and telling her I don't appreciate the service I received or the rude and disrespectful way I was treated. This is the second time I have been at this McDonald in 3 weeks and its disgusting. I was here a year ago as well. This past visit yesterday these pictured was taken from me. I had let the manager know about the lids, straws, napkins were all out and the garbage was over flowing. There were 10 people working out back just joking around and having their fun. I had went up to the counter to get something and 3 were standing behind the counter and clearly seen me but walked over to drive-thru and finishes talking. Finally another employee came over and asked if I needed help. 45 minutes had passed and nothing had been taken care of with the garbage, lids, and napkins exc. Other customers in the lobby were talking about how bad this restaurant had looked. Garbage was everywhere on the floor and countertops. There were other garbage cans that was over filled and disgusting that I did not take a picture of. Would not recommend this McDonald's at all. Worse service i have ever experianced at a mcdonalds. Went to the mcdonalds on hogan road and used the drive thru. After sitting at drive thru for 15 minutes for my order i finally get it. I take a quick look through my bags and realize 2 medium fries are missing from the bag. I go inside to get the rest of my order they forgot to give me. Just to have to stand there for 10 more minutes to get the fries. I finally get my fries and return home just to find out they forgot my 20 mcnugget i had ordered too. At this point i call the store to see what to do and they responde with how do we know you ordered that. I explain i don't have the receipt because i never got it back from when i had to show them i had ordered 2 medium fries. They tell me there is nothing they can do.
