Wendy's — Restaurant in Barnstable

This is based on the location in hyannis. Other than waiting for what seemed way to long behind just 2 cars in the drive thru, somehow they didn't have the right order eventhough it was on the screen after ordering (3 jr hamburgers with only ketchup and pickles). The original order came to $4.04, but at the window, I somehow owed another $2.03, after having to confirm what I had ordered. Lo and behold I thankfully checked my kids order before hitting the road..3 jr cheeseburgers were in the bag. Trip number 1 into the store. Brought it to the managers attention, he then had to confirm it on there drive thru order tape before fixing it. I asked if there should be a price adjustment to which he looked up on the board and said no, they're the same price. Not having my glasses, I trusted that. Not until I double checked the order in the car and saw just how little these were did I Google price check wendy's jr burger price... it's .99 cents. Well that doesn't equal $6.07 for 3, so trip number 2 back inside to question it with the girl at the register who said something to the inept manager who responded just give him $1.50 in cash for the difference. I questioned there math, but got so dam irritated that it's now taken 22 minutes of my night to get 3 tiny burgers that instead of going back and forth about the numbers, I took the change and stormed out. I will never ever ever return to this location if my life depended on it and with this being my umpteenth time getting the wrong order from wendy's, that going to what used to be my favorite fast food stop, will now be my very last and desperate only stop. Shame on you...

The staff was very polite but that was the only thing they did correct. As usual (last 3 visits) the drive thru did not give me my proper meal. Last 2 times I didn't brother with it, I just took it as a loss. This time was just too much! I called them and spoke with a women that all she kept saying was ok ok you come back. After 4 times of telling her that I couldn't return tonight she said ok ok you come back again. Finally I said to her are you just going to give me a burger when I walk in on trust or would you like to take my name she said okay okay you'll come back. After six times now telling her I'm not going back tonight I instructed her at this point because she could not figure it out to write my name and phone number down and what I'm owed. I ordered originally the Son of Baconator meal and two junior bacon cheeseburgers. When I got home those two junior bacon cheeseburgers the fries but no son of...

Check your order before leaving when ordering at the drive through because four out of the last five orders I have purchased at this location were missing something. I paid for a sour cream and chive potato and only got a bare potato... nothing on it or with it....blah. I order a large apple pecan salad and got no pecans and no salad dressing. Also blah. Then I ordered the large chilli but I got no crackers with it...and that was my dinner...again blah....That gives you the picture. That said, the food is good and the prices are okay if you get what you are paying for and expecting. The Yarmouth location is a thousand times better. I eat food from that Wendy's every week and have never had a problem. Go to Hyannis if you must, but watch them like a hawk and then check, and double check before you leave or, I think it's worth the drive to Yarmouth......
