Ordered the easiest sandwich possible to make. A BLT. You don’t even have to slice meat or heat anything up. Used the mobile app, because “Order ahead and avoid the wait” they say…. Absolute joke. I get a 30 minute wait time for a sandwich that takes 30 seconds to make. I give them 45 minutes to make it. Show up 15 minutes after the promise time and watch 3 people come in and order and receive their food. When I finally said something they very unapologetically stated that my receipt was right there, and they would get to it after they made the latest person’s sub that just walked in on he street…. I could see there was ZERO sense of urgency, so I requested a refund (I was on lunch break and only had 10 minutes remaining). Figured I could make it over to Jimmy John’s and get something before I got back…. Employee fussed around with the screen for a minute and said, okay, it’s refunded. I asked for a receipt for the refund being processed and was told they could not provide me with any type of receipt for the refund. This all occurred on 6/7/22. I waited a week for the refund, which never came so decided to contact through corporate. This was done on 6/14/22. I’m not one to put a company on public blast like this, but it is now 6/25/22 and still no acknowledgement of the issue from either corporate or the Bartlett location and no Refund. Read moreWe bought sandwiches and got home and my turkey sandwich only had one slice of turkey on each half! You could COUNT the shreds of lettuce on one hand. We bypassed the closer Jersey Mike’s because this one has always been the best in the city but now it’s just another incompetent poorly managed restaurant in the Memphis area. Yes, this is MANAGEMENT problem. A reflection of who they hire and how they DONT train. $9 for this? I tried calling the restaurant ELEVEN times and they didn’t answer!! Google says they aren’t busy so why don’t his poorly trained staff pick up the phone. Then I called the other location in Bartlett and they answered the phone immediately. They said the other location never answers their phone. Clearly it’s a fact. Don’t waste your time with the Bartlett location on the 7700 block. Keep driving on down to the other location in Bartlett where their manager is on site and their staff knows how to make a sandwich with the proper amount of meat. GM where are you? What’s happened to YOUR restaurant?

Read moreOk, I'll start by saying, the food here is good and that's why I'm giving you two stars. However, the service has been absolutely abysmal just about every time we've gone here. It's almost comical at this point and I've got to say something about it so ownership understands what's going on. In addition to never getting our online order correct, the staff here seems exceptionally lazy. The last time we ordered in the store, the guy making our sandwich stood around talking to other employees rather than finishing the sandwich he was making for us. He literally stood over the already made sandwich and talked to his fellow employees rather than wrapping it until I had to ask him to finish it so I could leave. Today, we made an online order and when we got home, we were greeted with the sandwich in the pictures attached. Apparently, they made my sandwich on the wrong bread and rather than remaking the sandwich, they stuck that poorly cut loaf of wheat bread in the bag and essentially told me to fix it myself. I tip every time I'm here and do my best to be polite to the staff but this has gotten ridiculous. I hear the new Bartlett location is part of a different franchise, so I'll definitely be taking my business there...
