I went to this location at about 2:10am this morning. Everything about this visit was horrendous. It took them at least 5 minutes to even take my order. They told me to go to the first window, where I sat for about 10 minutes, waiting for someone to show up. They finally did, I paid, and went to the second window. I sat there for what seemed like an eternity. The employees were moving extremely slowly, replacing cups, wandering around, even staring at me a few times when they knew I was getting impatient. Whichever employee that was bringing orders out curbside wasn't even wearing a uniform. They were wearing a ratty old t-shirt that you might see on "the people of Walmart" website. I got my Frappé first, and the employee that handed it to me, AUDIBLY belched at me when I said thank you!! I finally got my order, and I asked if there was sauce in the bag, which I specifically asked for with my order - twice. It wasn't. It took 2 people to get the sauce and bring it to me, and they argued about it the whole time. When they handed me the sauces, I informed them that when I got there, there was no one else in line, and only one person waiting curbside. There was NO REASON that it should've taken almost 40 minutes for me to get my food. It's beyond clear that no one on that shift knows how to manage their time, nor do they take any pride in their work or know how to treat customers.
On my way home, I reached in the bag to steal a fry - cause that's just what you do lol. It was like reaching my hand in a box of crayons. They were insanely hard and super old and stale. When I got home and sat down to eat, I realized that they were ALL like that. The 2 I was able to eat were disgusting.
Then I started tasting something "off" with my frappé. I looked down, and I noticed what I can only assume was mildew(?) in it. Of course, at this point, I was mostly done with it, so whatever it was is now in my body... which is unnerving in itself. I'll post videos of these things below.
Needless to say, I'll never go to that location again. I rarely go to McDonald's anyway. Now, I'm reminded why. So, if nothing else, they reminded me why I don't trust ANY McDonald's. Ever. So, I guess...
Read moreI came her an about an hour ago after school with my mom to pick up something to eat obviously. My mom got a spicy fish sandwich and med fry, and i got a med fry with a med root beer. When we pulled up to the window and got our stuff, the lady told us they were waiting on fries and to park at #5. My mom went ahead and asked our sauces (1 ranch & 3 honey mustards). the lady came back and gave us 4 HOT MUSTARDS?? it was a mistake, that’s fine it’s not that serious. then she asked this guy to give us some mustard and he proceeded to give regular mustard packets?? she came back with our sauces and dropped one so we ended up with 2 ranches and 2 honey mustards. then we went and parked in our parking space. about 5 minutes later another guy walks out with 2 bags of food and walks to the wrong car allowing them to look around and see if it was theirs, it wasn’t and they looked around and brought the food to us. with his hand in the bag and talking over it, he repeats our order and asks if it was ours. we said yes and went to my brothers school to park. while parked, we grabbed our food i gave my mom her stuff and she started eating her fries. the fries were hot so that’s good. i was eating my fries when she asked for her fish sandwich and i went to grab it. the wrapper was halfway open off the sandwich and lettuce fell out into the bag. she looked at it funny and didn’t asked if she should take it back and i just told her “i wouldn’t even eat” it. she didn’t eat it and continued what she was doing. during this time i was eating my fries. i finished, and i was also drinking my drink, by this time i was at the bottom of my drink. i felt something weird in my mouth and i pulled it out. i inspected it AND IT HAD WINGS??? won’t be coming back. honestly i always eat homemade meals, but i was hungry since all i actually ate today was gummy rings, a small bag of lays chips, and 1 piece of cantaloupe (it was nasty). it couldn’t have been anything else but the mcdonald’s. don’t come here🤮🤮🤮
edit- the root beer wasn’t even what i asked for. it was a coke, and it was...

Can I get back the one star I gave previously??
Just spent over 16 minutes waiting in the drive through. I thought I misunderstood when I was told my order of a #2 with no onions and a Coke totalled $7.00. I didn't misunderstand, as I was charged for a large sized combo with a medium drink. Of course, this isn't what I ordered. I proceed to the second window where I'm told "We're waiting on your fries". I suppose foresight isn't a thing anymore. I receive my medium drink, full to the brim with ice (as per protocol) and wait for the rest of my order. Around 1:05 later, I receive my order. I leave the drive through and park, then go inside the lobby to address the amount I was overcharged. The manager gave me a full refund (much appreciated, but doesn't make up for the excessive amount of time I had already wasted) and I leave the store. I break out my fresh French fries and eat a few. I have grease on my hands and need to use a napkin. Guess what's not in the bag? (as per protocol)
Will not be returning to this McDonald's.
Always an incredibly long wait. I've waited as much as 12 minutes at this location. Notorious for imposing the "forced upsize" on breakfast combos without asking or telling. They ALWAYS fill EVERY cup to the BRIM before adding any drink. There have been times I had so much ice in my cup that I couldn't get the straw in.
Make this location your...
