Wendy's is my daughter’s favorite fast food restaurant. However, me and my family will never visit to this location (0439) again. This location always have a 20 to 30 minute wait in drive thru. On 8/9/18, it took me 20 minute to get to the window at the drive thru. When I got to the window I gave the cashier at the window my money and she in returned gave me my change. With the window open I heard the employee that was bagging our food talking to the cashier. The bagger politely told the cashier that we were waiting on fries. With an attitude the cashier replied saying, “I ain’t waiting on nothing they are”. The cashier then closed the window and started fixing our drinks. Feeling disrespected by the cashiers comment I waved her down to come to the window. The cashier looked at me twice before she actually came to the window. When the cashier came to the window I request for a refund due to the disrespectful comment. The cashier went to get the manager. When the manager came to the window she asked what was wrong the reason I wanted a refund. I let her know what the cashier has stated and informed her that I felt it was a disrespectful statement for a customer that had been waiting 30 minutes in line. The manager replied she was probably just playing with the other employees. I then advised the manager that if she was indeed playing with the other employees the window should have been closed therefore I as a paying customer would not have to hear the disrespectful comment. I requested to get the receipt back from the manager after the refund so I can take a survey. The manager informed me that she wasn’t able to give me the receipt back after she did the refund. So I request for the number of the store so I could make a review online. If this location is going to make you wait 20 to 30 minutes in a Drive-Thru line at least they can have better customer service. This is the the closest location to my home however I would rather drive for great...
Read moreUnbelievably poor service at this location. You'd think ordering ahead through their app would make things easier, but no. Placed an order using the takeout option which normally means you will walk inside to get it, except in this case, the doors are locked, and customers are not allowed inside. Fine. My husband parks instead in the curbside area and lets them know he is there. They send someone outside to say that it's going to be 20+ minutes before my SANDWICH is ready. That's all I ordered - a sandwich. He asked if the order could be cancelled. The guy says "No, we've already started on it." Back and forth they go between them saying to get back in the drive thru to pick it up. I finally call and explain that from the time I have ordered online to the current time has been 50 MINUTES. Completely unacceptable. The lady on the phone explains that it was MY FAULT that I requested takeout since they don't offer that. Well, don't make it a pickup option on your app if you don't offer it. Then she tells me that they don't have the spring mix that's supposed to go on the sandwich, and am I ok with lettuce? Yes - it's practically the same thing. An hour later, and husband is back in the drive thru line to pick up. He gets to the window and they ask for him to pay. No, I don't think so - that was already taken care of on the app. Then they say there's been a mistake and they gave the sandwich to the car in front of him. What a DISASTER! And then all of a sudden, "No, sir, we're sorry, here it is." And guess what - THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG FOOD!!!! So, I drive back to Wendy's to get it correct. Wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before getting to the window. Explain the situation, and within a minute, they finally gave me the hot sandwich that I had been waiting an hour and a half for. I will never go back to...
Read moreFood was excellent, and line was moving fast, but the lady at the window was just beyond rude. When I was placing my order over the speaker she interrupted me then I got to the window and she asked do I want cheese on it, but she would have known rather or not I wanted cheese on it had she listen instead of thinking about the next thing that she is going to say and interrupting me. But I don't blame her cuz the manager is almost just as bad, all I asked for was some ketchup, but that was a big deal. I asked her for some ketchup not her right hand in marriage! Anyways, she didn't give me enough so I asked the previous lady, you know the one that interrups people and then doesn't know the order when I get to the window, she saw me and was done with me. She didn't want to come to the window, but I refused to pull off and there were other cars behind me so she had no choice, lol I loved it, I asked her for some ketchup and she pretended like she couldn't hear me 3 times, but I just kept on repeating myself in the same tone of voice, mellow, and finally she just gave it to me cuz she couldn't get to the others cars behind me til I move. Seriously, it's just ketchup, I know they are not worried about the cost or waste cuz the employees eat food that they don't pay for all the time and they know it so get out of my face with the "we can't afford to waste attitude, u don't need ketchup even if u did order a large fries," cuz I don't even wanna hear it. Thank you...
