Honestly would rate zero stars if possible.
Arrived at 7:15 was immediately sat, great, very appreciative of not waiting but it all went downhill after that.
Was told the bar was crazy behind so no promises of if/when drinks from the bar would be coming out, that’s ok we still had one person who orded the watermelon margarita and was fine with waiting. We ordered the Mac n cheese balls and mozzarella sticks as appetizers when we ordered the drinks at 7:15.
At 7:30 the non bar drinks and appetizers came out and the waitress set them down and left without saying anything. At 7:35 there was a party that was bigger than ours that was sat next to us (this is important for later)
She came back at 8 after bringing the other table their drinks, we were well done with the appetizers and asked if we wanted to order and we did, the Parmesan chk, brew house Philly, a cup of broccoli soup and potato, chk tenders a burger and a personal pizza.
At 8:30 the margarita came out, it looked nothing like the menu and the waitress said it got mixed and then walked away. We were very confused as to if we did something wrong with this waitress just because it seemed like she was blowing us off and not checking on us at all. She brought out the broccoli soup to who ordered it and it was absolutely cold through and through as if it came out of the fridge.
almost an hour and a half after we sat and 45 minutes after we ordered 3 more entrees came out and we waited a crazy amount of time for the burger and the pizza to come out. Once the entrees were out we found that the steamed broccoli was crunchy and not cooked, the Philly was hard to chew through the pizza was burned and it was all around a major fail that was exacerbated by the poor service from the waitress who couldn’t car less.
By the time our food had come out the table who sat after us had eaten, paid and begun to leave.
She asked if we wanted dessert and we asked if the kitchen was super backed up and how long she thought they would take and she rolled her eyes and said they’re just gonna throw them in and scoop ice cream do you still want them.
When we went to pay we tried the online option and it did take it out of our bank account and she said did you get a confirmation and we said no we just saw the charge and she said well it didn’t work if you didn’t get a confirmation so I tried to hand her my card and she said well I’m not going to charge it twice and I said but I didn’t get the confirmation and she said ok I’ll charge it. Like wth I’m trying to pay but I guess not.

I don’t even know where to start. I’m actually writing this from the parking lot because I am beyond frustrated. From the moment we arrived, the experience was a disaster. The restaurant was barely full, yet we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated—that should have been my sign to leave.
When our waitress finally brought our drinks, she dropped them—spilling everything across the table and onto the floor. My $200 platinum Nike Vomeros are now stained with Pepsi, and not a single effort was made to make it right. While the waitress was sweet, it was clear she was new and completely unfamiliar with the menu. On top of that, multiple items we wanted were unavailable.
Now, let’s talk about the food. I ordered the double bone pork chop with broccoli and cheddar mash, and it was awful. The broccoli tasted like it came straight out of the freezer, hard and stiff, and the mashed potatoes were cold. My kids’ chicken tenders were over-fried and tasted old, and my husband didn’t even get the sirloin bowl he wanted because they were out of it. The chicken he settled for was undercooked—absolutely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, my meal was supposed to come with a salad, which I had to ask for, and when it finally arrived after my entrée, I wished they had just left it in the kitchen.
Meanwhile, the manager was busy arguing with the staff about who was going to clean up the spilled drinks- which didn’t even matter. And as we were leaving, the smell of weed was overwhelming, with what appeared to be the kitchen staff smoking right outside the door.
This was my first time coming back here in years, and I will never return. We spent a ridiculous amount of money on a terrible meal, poor service, and completely ruined shoes and couldn’t offer anything to make it right. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. BJ’s, do better, highly...
Read moreSo, BJ’s has been a late night saving grace for our family on many occasions. However, yesterday Ivanny took it to a higher level! I am personally a people pleaser. I chase broken nest and others and try to fix things or glue them back together the best I can. When people like me are down, we are really down. Yesterday was one of those days and I could not get my Pazooki in place to come to the rescue. I had a Pazooki in queue in my rewards and I could not get the reward to process in my app. Out of desperation, I called BJ’s like a whiny toddler, pleading for help. Ivanny listen to me whine… then (wait for it) SHE HELPED ME!!!! She processed my order over the phone I got my rewards number you got the Pazooki rolling and gave me an ETA. As I arrived at the restaurant distraught (again!) because I did not have any cash on me, and my Pazooki was free. I asked her for a method that I can get her a digital payment cash app Venmo, whatever. She smiled and said don’t worry about it I got you! WAIT!!! WHAT?!?! Someone took the time to fix me? She didn’t want anything in return? She even took the time to laugh and joke with me. There was another server there as well. I did not get her name. She was incredibly kind as well. A young blonde had to be early 20s not scorned by life yet because she was happy too!
When I tell you, my day was garbage yesterday and these two awesome servers are did more for me in 15 minutes than I ever could imagined!
I love the service industry, and I certainly appreciate people in the service industry that love serving others. Thank you BJ’s for having servers “that truly care about people” within our reach, because yesterday this fixer needed fixing!
Oh! And also, thank you for Salted caramel Pazooki’s (especially free...
