I went on a Friday around lunch time (noon-ish), there was no line, only one car ahead of me. The person taking the order was pleasant and has good customer service. I placed my order and waited a short time to receive it, so no complaints there. I ordered the two slider combo with waffle fries and queso. Everything was really good! And $12 for a combo in today's economy isn't a bad price at all. The burgers were a nice size and the meat quality was pretty decent! The patty was well seasoned and the slider has a fresh and homemade taste! Although I loved the sliders, the star of the show was the waffle fries for me! They are a seasoned waffle fry and they were crispy, with a slightly peppery taste and oh so delicious! I'd even venture to say they're the best waffle fries I've ever had! The queso was pretty good too! Everything paired well together. No doubt I'll be back to this place soon!

After a few great experiences at this location since their opening, we had a less than stellar experience a few weeks ago. I thought we'd give it another try today and I'm sorry that I did. While the fries were good and fresh, my first slider seemed dry, which was fine since I got enough smauce and queso. However, the first bit into my second slider tasted burnt. Unfortunately, I kept eating and with the next bite discovered not only the charred bun but a hair in my mouth that most certainly was not one of mine, seeing as I'm bald. Needless to say, I did not finish my meal and will not be returning to this location barring some major quality and food safety overhauls.

My husband and I got their number 2 and 3 combos. I upgraded mine to be double patties with cheese and substituted regular fries for their queso fries. We got a lemonade and the Cookie Smonster shake as our drinks. For $28 it was a great deal, though our slider patties were quite small. One of them was about 1/3 the size of the bun. The queso was good and similar to rotel dip. It was a little grainy, but fresh. The fries had a great seasoning to them. The wait was about 8minutes with three customers ahead of us. Overall, we enjoyed it and will be back!

First time at this location as I usually go to Nicholson or Siegen. I arrive at 10:45 at the drive thru. Employee: Welcome to Smalls. I’m cleaning the grill right now. Me: Can I not place an order? Employee: I’m cleaning the grill so I can’t take orders right now. Me: Oh, are yall just closing early tonight? Employee: No, but you have to wait til I’m done if you want. Me: Do you know how long the wait will be? (keeping in mind they are scheduled to close in 14 minutes now) Employee: No this is my first time cleaning the grill. Me: …. okay? I’ll just go somewhere else

Such weird communication. If you were hoping no one else would show up and started cleaning the restaurant early, just say you’re closing up from the get go. Don’t force a confusing back and forth wasting someone...

Been coming here since it first opened. Back then there were great employees that were kind and very helpful. Food was great and never had a problem. Now they get new employees that always look pissed off, and they love to get your order wrong. They also do not allow you to pick up food from the drive thru if you ordered on the app, which is absolutely stupid. I sat in that line for 15 mins, got to the window and the very rude lady would not hand me my food. It was literally right next to her. She made me go to the window for it. Will never go there again. The denham location is far better with customer service. Sad too, I used to consider this place to have as good of service as chick fil a. Hiring people like that will...
