1st time I went, it seemed like the worker may have been having a bad day so I brushed it off because we all have bad days and my grand loved the pizza! So she wanted a pizza yesterday. I had to find parking (downtown) and walk 3 blocks to get to the spot because there was no parking near but beautiful downtown BR makes up for it. I asked for the kids and was told I couldn’t order a kids pizza without the child present. Understandable. So I order an 8” pepperoni. My 5 year old grand doesn’t eat the entire 8” so I request for half to have mushroom and green peppers and was told she couldn’t do that. Like wait, I'm about to pay $14 with tax for an 8” one topping when it says I can have up to SIX toppings?! And there’s no drink (a drink does come with the kids for same 8” pizza). She said she would do it even though she’s not supposed to. What does the owner think?! That I’m going to order two separate pizzas when I only need one!? Schlittz & Giggles did 1/2 and 1/2 on a solo with no problem (I went to test to see how “impossible” this was). Not impossible at all. Great pizza, good staff, bad policies.

This place actually had a roach crawling on the sign when I went there for lunch today. I alerted the manager and she did nothing because she said she would rather it not get on the food. I had a toast reward for $6 off off my order and when I tried to use it the cashier did not use it because she did not know how and the manager had to be alerted. The manager was rude about handling this and cut me off while explaining what was going on. I also ordered hot honey on my pizza and it was not on there. The wait was way too long as well. I do not plan to dine here again.

Y’all. The pizza itself was chef’s kiss. At least tied to my favorite I’ve had in Baton Rouge since I moved here. And the service - wish I could give 10/5 stars! I ordered delivery, and only received my cheesy garlic bread (also amazing!), but not my pizza. When I called to let the restaurant know, the GM herself drove my pizza to my apartment! There are places with okay food but great service, and then there are places with great food but meh service, but TSP has both down!! 10/10 do recommend, and I will def eat here again!

I'm always downtown so I frequent this place a lot, I absolutely love the pizza here!! Ingredients taste super fresh and the crust is fluffy and thick and cooked perfectly. I've also had the potato salad, it's very basil forward, but it is quite tasty if you're into that!! My review stems from the last time I went. Asia took my order over the phone and informed me that they only take kids pizza orders in person, as well as they don't make half and half pizzas. So I asked her when they started that rule, and she informed me that "it's always been that way, and anyone that served me previously had not been trained properly, and they never serve half and half pizzas or take kids pizza orders over the phone". So the previous 10 times I've been here apparently were not the norm. I've ordered a half and half kids pizza over the phone multiple times, but I understand things change, and I also understand that she just works there, and doesn't make the rules and it isn't her fault. But when you pay their system prompts you to select a tip percentage if you pay with card, and I always tip in cash. I selected no tip, as I had the cash tip in my hand which she was I guess unaware of, and she immediately walked away and got on her phone in their very open kitchen. She was rude and I had to shout to her to thank her, I just left the tip on the counter. I love this place, and it's the only time I had rude customer service, but I'm not sure if...

I work downtown and saw this new pizza place and could not wait to try it, so the day I decided to go in and give it a try the two ladies behind the counter SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE and I was surprised because I read good reviews about the place. I will not lie, the pizza looked AMAZING and I was ready to enjoy but their unwillingness to help me and answer my questions while one lady kept glancing at the other just completely spoiled everything for me. I totally get it may have been a rush hour but it only takes a second to be nice to a potential customer. As bad as I wanted to try that pizza I work to hard for my money to spend it where not appreciated. Reading the reviews from google I see others have experienced the same as I. This establishment need to DO BETTER in...
