Arby's — Restaurant in Baxter

The Business is in a great location, just getting to it can be a pain, the signs to the east only say exit, which throws you off when they also have an arrow on the pavement pointing in. Make up your mind. The drive thru could use some help, with a larger pickup you damn near need to hit the building after placing your order to get close to the pay window. Unlike most drive thrus nowadays they use a 2 window system, well here you pay and pick up at the same window, unless say you order onion rings and they take additional time, then they make you go to the second window, completely blocking in the person behind you that already paid and received his food, now he has to wait for you to receive your food as well before he can leave. This isnt a new game, it been played awhile, get with it.

We have gone here alot in the last two years and tonight 10/06/25 I ordered a buffalo slider and when I got it it was a complete mess more sauce then the bun and you couldn’t grab it without touching sauce they remade it twice with the same issue, the fourth time they made it they gave it to me half frozen with no sauces on it. So I go back and have them just make me a roast beef since it’s easier after telling them my food was half frozen they gave me a over microwaved roast beef slider the cheese wasn’t even cheese it was slimy nasty milk looking cheese. Needless to say we won’t be coming her again the customer service was trash and the food wasn’t edible every time I asked them to remake it I was nice and respectful about it and I got nothing but rude attitude and terrible food 0/5 stars for...

Extremely clean & perfectly decorated inside for Halloween. Customer service top notch! Food was done before we finished paying basically. Completely blown away!!!!! We were visiting from out of town and it has felt like forever since we’ve experienced a fast food joint that was this high quality. Was offered the 2 for $7 in a way that really felt like we were just getting a better deal by getting some extra food (we added on nuggets). After asking us permission, the cashier showed my daughter her drink options to let her pick (she is 2 so this worked perfectly). Angie was our cashier and was super nice and checked on us during our meal.
