It's hard to find healthy food that doesn't require a reservation in Disney's Magic Kingdom. At Liberty Square's restaurant, I had a generous portion of salmon, string beans with shredded carrots and rice for $14. Far better ( health wise :) than hamburgers and hotdogs and reasonably priced.
