While this is listed as a Mexican restaurant, it recently changed to barbecue. Basically there are 3 sandwich choices - sliced brisket, pulled pork or chicken breast. All are served on Texas toast and served with sides of cole slaw and beans. The sandwich was actually pretty good. It had a decent quantity of meat with a tasty sauce. The sides were definitely on the ho-hum side. I'm not a fan of sweet coleslaw and this one was definitely sweet. The baked beans tasted like they were poured from a can. Read moreGreat food for in the park! This place has taco salads, burritos and nachos. It can get very busy as the pirate area is probably the most popular. Eat here early to avoid crowds and to find a table. My kids like the nachos and cheese quesadilla but the kids quesadilla are very small even by kid standards. I liked the cilantro rice and black beans in my chicken burrito very much . The toppings bar for the salads and burritos is great but sometimes in need of being replenished.
