Ms. Mary's Old Town Snoballs & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Bay Saint Louis

We visited today for a snowball and my lady actually ended up getting the Oreo Sundae. It was definitely worth the price, very delicious, not overly sweet and on point. Words can't describe or explain, how much she enjoyed it. We definitely will be back Saturday for her birthday. The establishment is super clean, neat and well kept. The staff was everything!!! Mary was super nice, welcoming, friendly, kind and we had a awesome conversation with her and her husband!! I would definitely recommend this business for snowballs, ice cream, banana splits sundaes, nachos, and they have a bunch of topping for your sweet treats and so much more. They also have sugar free flavors, which is a plus, because some can't have sugar due to being diabetic. Thanks for the awesome experience and patience you showed with us during the ordering process. They messed the order up and when we tried to fix it with one of the employees he gave us a horrible attitude and was telling us that we were wrong when another employee came over and said he’d roll back the cameras while the other employee(who took our order) admitted that he was wrong and messed up. He apologized while the older employee who was rolling back the cameras came back and tried to prove it like it was a big deal. He was extremely rude. We will NEVER come back here ever again. If I could give it 0 stars I would no doubt.

We had been here several times before with no issues but this time was bad enough to make us never come back again. Two shakes cost $19.00! No prices posted. After the sticker shock, I inquired because a sign said $6.50 each. That was for a snowball. Then I was told, very rudely, that the price was on the sign. I read said sign and it was not listed. The overpriced shakes came out. I commented to that guy that the prices should be posted. His reply was "I didn't have to make them for you. And they are posted. Let me show you." We walk around to said sign again. Not there. He points out that nothing on the sign is under $8. To which I reply that it's still not listed.
