I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! They really helped me out with my stressful situation and I couldn’t be more appreciative!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother in law 3 weeks ago for her birthday with one of those 3rd party companies (unknowingly) that hire local florists to create and deliver flowers. They sent the order to another local florist, however, when I called the local floral shop to narrow down a delivery window, their answering machine stated they were closed till Monday. Of course I called the 3rd party right away and they apologized and would refund my money. I was frantic, however, I looked on Yelp and saw that The French Potager was open till 5pm. Hoping for the best with such late notice, I called and spoke to kind,patient employee (unfortunately forgot her name) who let me talk out my frustrations and reassured me that she could have an arrangement made and delivered later that afternoon. Wonderful,just wonderful.Theyare really great people,and they literally want to help in anyway they can. I had never heard of The French Potager.(Seen it), in passing just wasn't interested in what it was. But last Saturday I found myself looking for flowers for a funeral. A plant something, they could keep. But shops were closed, and Walmart and Lowe's didn't have anything.So I googled that handy one liner. Flower Shops Near Me. So I called. It's 11:30 am funeral at 1 pm. I told her what I was looking for she didn't have it either but suggested something else. Asked what time do I need it for I said now.she started working on it. Me not knowing the shop googled the directions (exactly 3 min.from home in the car). But when I got there I may have waited 10 min.for her to finish the plants which I had 3. +Bow and card. Decided to order from a local flower shop instead of ordering from a large distributer online to deliver flowers to my mom. I will never go through one of those large flower websites again. French Potager went above and beyond. I send my mom flowers every couple of months, and she sends me a photo of the flowers and I always feel slightly disappointed with what shows up. This time around the bouquet was just beautiful looking, even through a tiny cell phone photo. My mom even said that they were the most beautiful flowers that she has ever received. She was so happy with the arrangement she received, which made me really happy and excited to order again soon. I ordered through the "florists choice" option with the slightly weird request that the flowers be as fragrant as possible, and they delivered!!!
