Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Baytown

If I could give zero stars, I would. And it's not for the employees there but more so- the piss poor management skills. The first incident- I was charged twice and then when I called the store, the manager argued with me saying I was lying. I told her I could bring in my bank statement and she said it didn't matter. That she shows one charge. This charge was not pending but had cleared my bank, as it was 5 days later. The second incident is this evening- I ordered pizza online at 4:00 pm, I call at 5:24 and ask where my pizza is, as they show it delivered on the app. The employee that answered asked for my address and after providing it- I made them aware that I ordered online and it was provided automatically. I asked to speak to the manager. After sitting on hold for 6 minutes, another employee comes to the phone and asks why I need to speak to the manager. I explained myself- which I shouldn't have to do. Then was put on hold again. I am finally told that they will be here in 15 minutes with my food that is now soggy from being cooked over an hour ago. I asked for the managers name in order to call someone higher and was told "V", I asked for her full real name and she refused to tell her employees. This is ridiculous. Save your money and get your soggy food by ordering a hot & ready from lil Cesar's. The woman managing the store has no business being in a job position managing employees nor a store. Extremely...

Tonight, Saturday - August 25th 2012, we called this Dominos to see when the latest they would deliver to. At 8:00pm we called to ask when the latest this Dominos would deliver. An employee told us that they stop delivering at midnight, which is the normal time Dominos usually close on a Saturday night. At 11:15pm we called the same Dominos, a man answered the phone and told us that they do not deliver anymore at this time. I then called back a few minutes later, the same man answered the phone, and before I could say anything he said that they were now CLOSED. I then stated to him that we had called earlier and that we were told that they closed at midnight. After this, he then said "ok" and took our order. A few minutes later we canceled the order, once we started thinking about the type of people that would be making the pizza (people that would LIE, try to close early. No one knows what they would do to our pizza). The employees on shift during this time need to be thoroughly reviewed. If I was the owner of this particular Dominos, I would have zero tolerance for...

Ordered pick up from this location and arrived early to pick up my food so I sat in my car until the pizza tracker said my order was ready. While sitting in the car I watched the employees take orders on the phone and then go right back to making pizzas with their BARE hands. One of the employees was even rubbing his nose, touching his mask, and scratching his head while making the pizzas. I was utterly disgusted as this is a location I frequently order from. When I walked in I asked to speak to the manager who was apologetic about what I had witness and also stated they are required to wash their hands after touching the phones but never said anything about them wearing gloves nor did she offer to remake my order and didn’t offer a refund.
